I called to make an appointment for my children before my eldest went back to school. At the time I was able to make an appointment for a couple of weeks from when I was calling. They told me to go online, print forms, and bring them filled out for the visit. I am not a big fan of doctor’s making you fill out your own forms.
They are big on prizes here. When my children went back they got to pick a toothbrush (with a character on it,) toothpaste, and sticker. After their cleaning they got a token to get a prize out of those type of machines businesses have by the doors. Usually, they take quarters. They also each got a balloon animal.
Here’s were things really started to go south for me. (Aside from printing my own forms.) 1. When I went to pay, they charged far more than any other dentist we have been to. In no way did the prizes my children receive equal the difference in cost. 2. Next came booking another appointment for six months from that day. I requested an afternoon appointment, after my eldest got home from school. It was then that I was informed that my children would have to make two separate trips, or I could take my older one out of school. Only school aged children are seen after school gets out. This was news. This seems like a huge waste of time and gas to me. I asked if there was anyway they could both be seen in the afternoon, and I was told no. 3. I also discovered that all the afternoon appointments were booked, so the six month appointment would have to be done in eight months. My children seemed to be happy with their experience (they actually like going to the old dentist in another state too,) so I went ahead and booked two separated appointments for eight months out. 4. A couple of months later I receive a phone call saying that they will be closed on the day I made the appointment for and their appointments need to be rescheduled. Again I ask for the appointments together. I was told no, but given a different reason why. 5. Then I am informed that there are no more afternoon appointments. For that, they have to postpone another two months. So the six month appointment will now be at ten months. 6. The girl kept trying to push me into taking all morning appointments. She was rude, and acting like I was the one who called to reschedule, not that they made the mistake. She had that attitude that they are the best and I should be privileged to go to them. Finally, I told her to cancel all of our appointments and we would find another dentist. While I didn’t say this, I wanted to, they aren’t the only game in town.

Full Disclosure: My nephew goes here for his dental needs. I have never gotten my own, actual teeth cleaned or fixed here because this place specializes in PEDIATRIC dentistry. So maybe I am not the most qualified to write this review but my nephew is terrible at spelling. LOL.
What kid likes the dentist? The easy answer is NONE. The surprisingly answer is apparently EVERY kid who comes here. I have never seen such excited happy kids jumping up and down and running around the waiting room, waiting to get their teeth cleaned. I thought for a minute, hey, maybe I’m in the wrong place here?! But when you see all the great stuff the kids get — balloon animals, stickers, little toys, goodie bags, etc — it pretty much makes sense.
I told my Aunt, I don’t think they have places like this back East.

Dr. Lambert’s office is one of the best pediatric dentistry that I have found.
Where do I even start?
First, the front desk offers excellent customer service. They have both email and SMS appointment confirmations now, and they are great about calling you if a slot you need opens up.
The office itself screams kid-​friendly. Kid-​friendly movies play on the TV in the waiting room, as well as TVs placed over the chairs for the kids to watch as they get their teeth cleaned. As well, the office does regular prize drawings for the kids, which usually includes some pretty cool stuff like iPods, game systems, etc.
As if that wasn’t enough, kids leave with goodies bags with new toothbrushes, floss, tooth paste, stickers, trinkets, etc. Oh, and let’s not forget to mention that all the hygienists can make balloon animals!
Now, that may sound like a lot of superficial stuff, but the dental care here is also fabulous. They are gentle and patient with the kids, and they are great at distracting my two little ones while they are getting their x-​rays, cleaning, and check-​up done. Dr. Lambert is also great about letting you know what to expect., like at what age certain teeth will show up or when baby teeth will fall out.
Overall, this is just a really great dentistry. I highly recommend them!

High pitched, excited, filled with glee laughter, joy, and anticipation is filling my house right now from my two daughters. Normally the only thing that makes them this excited is Justin Bieber! But today, they were giddy because I just told them that they had dentist appointments this morning.
Besides the fact that they got to sleep in a little, they absolutely love the Dentist and in particular, Pediatric dentist, Dr. Lambert and his staff! To them it is like an amusement park! They get to watch movies, play video games, pick out treats, and even get a balloon animal when they are all done! Plus, don’t forget the goodie bag before you leave or signing up to win the basket of new goodies every month for NO cavities!
Some where amid all the fun they also get their teeth cleaned, x-​rayed, and a cavity check up! They have been going there every six months for 5 years and they still get just as excited about going as they did the first time!
And for you parents, they stock a fresh supply of People Magazines in the waiting room, email, call, and mail you a note to remind you of appointments, send bday cards to the kids, and I have never been there more than 35 minutes from start to finish.
