We help declutter homes of relatives who have passed away; clients planning to transition into other living arrangements or clients planning to stay in their current home, but just need a little help with organizing their personal possessions with dignity and respect. We professionally declutter homes while locating hidden treasures, heirlooms, sensitive financial and medical documents for our customers.

It is the goal of Decently and in Order to assist our clients with valuing their hidden treasures and heirlooms with our network of professional appraisers. We also provide an array of services that will ensure a safe and clean environment you will be proud to call home or put on the market for sell.

History

Established in 2013.

Decently and in Order was inspired and created when my dear friend’s elderly mother was injured in her home and needed to be hospitalized. The family planned to move her to an assisted living community pending her recovery, but unfortunately she passed away. To add to the family’s grieving process was the fact that their mother was a hoarder and lived in a large three story house, which also had a fully furnished basement. The family needed someone they could trust to clean their mother’s home and locate hidden treasures and valuables.



So with over 20 years in the cleaning industry and out of my friendship and concern for the family, I accepted the job and an idea was born. It was my pleasure to find and return to the family their precious heirlooms, photos, her ID’s & life insurance policy, keepsakes, savings bonds valued over $ 16,000 and cash in the mounds of clutter. Let us provide the same service for your love ones.

Business Owner

Robert is the owner/​operator of Decently and in Order, LLC. He has over 30 years of combined professional cleaning experience in commercial, health care, public institutions, residential, retail and interior construction cleaning services. He also has extensive knowledge in many types of floor care services. He past experiences has allowed him to work as the Facilities/​Custodial Services Manager for the Public Library of Cincinnati & Hamilton County and the Branch/​Senior Operations Manager for national cleaning company to name a few…
