Dancefix by HBDC is a high-​energy adult dance workout class featuring original, diverse choreography by Heather Britt and HBDC teachers. The mission of Dancefix is to create health, happiness, and connection through dance and the classes are fresh and fun for dancers of all levels! We offer 8 DANCEFIX dance workout classes a week at Cincinnati Ballet in downtown Cincinnati. We also have a location in Blue Ash, OH at 9514 Kenwood Rd, 45 242. We offer 22 DANCEFIX dance workout classes and adult techniques classes a week at our Blue ash location. You will also find us popping up in flash mobs and community performances around town and at events!

The BEST dance experience ever. Everyone is super nice and you can’t help but get caught up in the groove. If you like music and can count to four this is the place to go. No previous dance experience needed… it’s like a dance party during the week.everyday. You gotta just try it once.

You cannot find a better way to workout if you enjoy high energy, friendly people, good music, and know your right foot from your left. Best kept secret in Cincinnati. Be warned… you will get addicted!
What to bring? Gym shoes you can dance and turn in, water bottle, yoga mat for toning at the end, and a towel. Wear anything you want but most people wear yoga pants and a tank top.
Show up a little early to get signed in. Classes are $ 15 unless you buy a pass. Passes help you save a few bucks per class. They take credit cards there.
I have been taking this class for 14 years, three days a week. I don’t think I’d be the person I am without it both mentally and physically. I am 42, have 8 year old twins, and am in better shape now than any other time of my life.

These classes are so much fun. After a year of knowing people who raved about it I finally took my first class! The teachers, fellow dancers everyone is so amazing. Absolutely wonderful way to spend an hour! Can’t wait for my next class.
