Excellent service here and you can’t beat the prices. They work well with you on your new car. Also, they offer maintenance here too. So for those of you in Oakley, this is a great option. Oakley is the best place to live!

Update from my prior review (over one year later). The little Kia I bought has been reliable, 100% of the time. It’s been on many road trips, and has been serviced both at Courtesy and at other service centers. I’ll continue bringing the Kia back to Courtesy (as I can) for service because it’s a quick turnaround and I absolutely trust the guys in the service center. K.C., who sold us the Forte, has even followed up with me more than once since the sale to ensure we were still satisfied. Great dealership, GREAT range of prices on what’s in their lot (trust me, I’m a shopper and I looooove looking), and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Bought my first new car after 10 years of owning vehicles, and having serviced them at home. Going to a body shop /​garage intimidated me, and I was convinced that I was going to be scammed. — Not the case at all.
I’ve gone to Courtesy twice now for body work, once minor and once significant damage. The experience was painless, I dropped my car off, was given a loaner car, and after making the initial call to insurance, I never spoke with the agent again. The claims adjuster went directly to Courtesy and dealt directly with the body shop manager. When the damage turned out to be more than the initial claim, Courtesy collected directly from the insurance agent. I was able to keep the loaner car for the entire length of the repair, without the hassle of a third party and insurance adjustment.
They are also more than willing to work with customers who are paying out of pocket, and will suggest/​offer different levels of repair to suit the customer. I will continue to go to Courtesy and recommend them to all my friends!

After 2 hellacious weeks of having an accident in which my car was totaled, being in pain, dealing with insurance companies, being harassed by ambulance chasers, and being swindled by sleazy car salesmen, Courtesy Automotive was the only positive experience that came out of this whole mess. Finally a breath of fresh air! They have a nice selection of well kept, quality used vehicles that are fairly priced. The negotiating was a rational discussion and not a slimy sales pitch. The guys that worked there were all really nice and friendly and dare I say… HONEST. The best part of all was there was not one moment where I felt like anyone was trying to «get one over» on me or pressure me into anything AND I left the place with a car that I am absolutely in love with and feel like I got a good deal. If you are looking for a good car at a fair price WITHOUT being held hostage for hours by a liar who is telling you anything he thinks will get you want to hear, then I highly recommend checking this place out.
