I go out of my way to go here. They are inexpensive, fast, and professional.

Very friendly staff. Great prices. Good turn time. Had to return to have a jacket repressed, which he kindly did while I waited.

Really like the job they did on my down filled comforter. Yes they dry clean down filled items! My cat peed on mine and I was so scared it was ruined but they saved it. I’m so happy with the people working work there and the services and the price.

I recently took two suits in to be dry cleaned. I figured this place had good reviews and quick turnaround so it was a win-​win. When I dropped the suits off, the guy at the counter was extremely friendly and attentive. That night both suits were ready for pick up. When I got the suits home and removed them from the plastic, they had long hairs stuck all over them. The pants were somewhat wrinkled and instead of pressing the pants ON the seam it was about 2 cm to the side meaning I had to creases going down my pants instead of one. I wanted to like this place and it might be fine for some things but I wouldn’t take my suits back there again.

My bedspread came back with 20+ tears. I called to speak with the manager and was told he would call me back. He did not. I will not patronize Cleaner Concept ever again.

There realistically are only four things you look for in a dry cleaners: Friendly staff, cheap prices, quick turnaround, and most importantly a good cleaning. Cleaner Concepts accomplishes all four of these things, I’ve used them for the past three years with no problems and only have good things to say about them. I once brought in items that they were hesitant to dryclean because of the sequins and jewelry attached (an Indian lehenga), and they helped instruct me on the best way to clean it without damaging the item. I feel like there are very few places that wouldn’t just take your items (and money), and it was really this experience that cemented them in my mind as one of the best dry cleaners in the Cincinnati area.

I cannot believe there is a dry cleaner in Cincinnati that cleans all items for a reasonable price and in 1 day! All items are $ 2.85 (even dresses/​sweaters!) which is beyond reasonable. I dropped 8 items off at 7am and they were ready after 4pm the same day! I picked them up the next morning due to schedule. No coupons needed! Thank you for great service!
They do send alterations out, which can take 10 – 14 days. The alterations are cash only.

I brought 9 items to be cleaned the other day. I chose this place based on Unilocal reviews, because reviews of other places in this area are god awful. They really do have great prices, better than I have ever heard of. When I dropped off my items, I was told my items would be ready by 4pm the next day. I arrived around 5pm to be told that one of my items still wasn’t ready and that another one of my items they could not clean because of the beading. It’s a little frustrating to be told they can’t do an item which the tag states ‘dry clean only’. But I guess I would have been more frustrated if they’d ruined my shirt. I had already paid, so they offered me a credit for that item. So I called back the next day to see if my final item was ready and again, it wasn’t ready. I was leaving for vacation at noon that day, so I reminded them (yes I did mention it the first time I went to pick up) and I guess that put some fire under their asses and I finally retrieved my items minutes before I had to leave. I will likely return to this cleaner because 1-​I have a credit and 2-​like I said, all other dry cleaners in this area have terrible Unilocal reviews. So we will see if I have a better experience then.

I had been looking for a decent dry cleaner for awhile and had noticed Cleaner Concepts during a drive-​by and quickly consulted my trusty Unilocal before giving it a try. Alas, my fellow Unilocalers nailed it because I loved everything about this cleaner.
During my first visit, I was given a quick rundown of prices, which didn’t take long because it’s $ 2.95 for ANY article of clothing — amazing! I was also informed they do comforters and sheets, which could come in handy for those items that can’t fit in my personal washer and dryer. You have the option of paying when you drop off or at pick up, which makes the pick up a breeze. Thanks to the nice fellas at Cleaner Concepts for giving Hyde Park a quick, affordable, and QUALITY dry cleaning option!

Fast clean service although my dry cleaned tuxedos look ugly and not shiny enough compared to other stores.

Cannot believe what a find this is. $ 2.95 per item no matter what it is. Quick turn around. All my clothes were done beautifully. Service was quick and pleasant. This is my cleaners!

This place is very affordable for the services they have available. The guys here are very helpful and not what you would expect when you walk into a cleaners. For my first visit I dropped off two suits that my bf needed cleaned. Not only did we get them back neatly pressed and looking sharp, it only cost us around $ 14 for the six pieces! Loved the service so much I just dropped off my winter comforters. I initially planned to wash them myself at the laundromat but when they told me the cost of getting them cleaned… I couldn’t resist. They would be saving me the hassle of lugging that massive comforter around… Since I’m lazy and they make my life easy and hassle free… I can’t give them anything below a 5 star rating! The turn around only takes a couple days… the rates are great and the service is awesome. Highly recommend trying this place out if you live nearby.

I love waking up from a nap, panicking because I forgot to pick up my dry cleaning, and then remembering this place is open until 7 and I won’t have to wear my stuffy interviewing suit tomorrow instead.
Cleaner Concepts is my favorite dry cleaners in the Hyde Park/​Oakley area because they are quick, courteous, and do a good job. They even offer same-​day service if you bring it in early enough. I have tried a number of other cleaners in the area and find this one to be the best in service and price.

As a dry clean «virgin», most of what I’d heard about re: dry cleaning involved horror stories about garments getting destroyed, lost, or missing. I avoided the experience as long as I could, but my white coat got progressively dirtier until no amount of lint brushes or laundry detergent could save it. I gave in begrudgingly.
I’m really glad I brought my coat to Cleaner Concepts because the whole process was fast and only cost a little over $ 2. No damages or losses were involved. Now my coat is shiny and new, haven’t seen it in this condition since 2012! Not bad for my first time ;) You can bet I’ll be back for more.

I’ve used this dry clener for the past 3 years. I travel from the westside just to visit this cleaner. If anyine knows of a west side cleaner that is a good of a vale as Concept Cleaners please let me know. Righht now I incorporate my trips to work (downtown) with a visit here.

Fast, no-​nonsense dry cleaning.
I don’t typically take things to a dry cleaner, and I’m always a bit nervous leaving my things with a service provider, but was happy with my experience (had some clothing cleaned two weeks ago).
Some highlights:
–Price: Very fair, there is a discount too if you bring in more than one shirt for pressing.
–Parking: Convenient and right in front of the store. They are short term spots for dropping off and picking up clothing.
–Quality: Completely on par with others.
–Location: Very close to many things, I stopped by on my way to nearby Hyde Park Kroger.
Very happy with my overall experience with Cleaner Concepts and will certainly use them for dry cleaning in the future!

Shirts, pants, sweaters, dresses — all for $ 2.58 a piece? Sold.
They do a quick job — everything can be ready same day if you request it. This is the best hassle-​free dry cleaning in the Hyde Park area. In terms of taking out deep stains, I can’t say, as my roommate is somewhat of a laundry expert, so I go to him for stain solutions. But if you hate ironing and have delicate clothes that you can’t machine-​wash, trust these guys to do a solid job.

I started going to this dry cleaner after a recommendation from two friends who told me they did a great job and that it was super inexpensive. I’m happy to say that they were 95 percent correct!
Sadly, you never forget the bad experiences you have. After requesting a spot treatment on a dyed linen sweater, I realized after I got home that the sleeve had been ruined. Had the staff notified me of this when I picked it up, I would have been happier. However, when I took it back it, it’s like no one had realized my sweater was not wearable after the damage had been done.
After trying to correct the problem, my sweater was completely discolored with splotches all over it, and the blame was placed on the store where I purchased the sweater (J. Crew) for mislabeling the item and how it should be cleaned. Because I do work part-​time at J. Crew, I can attest to the fact that no one else has ever had this problem with our sweaters.
At the end of the day, I’d say they’re great for your everyday dry cleaning, but if you have anything that needs special treatment, it may be in your (and your clothing’s) best interest to pay a little more money somewhere else for a better job.

Cheapest dry-​cleaning in cincinnati, hands down.
I hate ironing my shirts. I hate it. So i am always on the lookout for a cheap place to get my shirts cleaned and ironed. I did a lot of research on this, and because i travel from Hyde Park to Mason every day there were a lot of places where i could have given my shirts. I got this place from reddit, and the service is always great. Right now (2012) prices are 1.69 for a shirt when you give 3 or more shirts. And i go here weekly so that is not a problem.
I have a widmers right outside my home, but i don’t mind driving 2 miles to get here.
Cheap and fast, thats Cleaner concepts.
Disclaimer: I have never given them anything except shirts and some bed sheets. YMMV.

Comparing to other dry cleaner’s in the area (Widmers, etc), Cleaner Concepts is the best priced and fasted turn around time (1 day for pants /​2 days for pressed shirts).
However, I don’t feel like the cleaning done here is as well as Widmers where you pay a dollar or so more.
They once lost one of my shirts that I just brought, and getting reimbursement for it was a very difficult process. Took almost 4 – 5 weeks from when they lost it to get my check. Customer service is not their high point; low prices are.
