History
Established in 1978.
The Cincinnati Bartending School was first opened in 1978 as International Bartending Institute and operated under that name on Galbraith Road until 1986. In 1986, the school moved to its Blue Rock Street location, and in 2009, the school relocated to its current campus on Hamilton Avenue in Historic Northside. The school has evolved and expanded to now teach the Professional Bartending Schools of America program of mixology and bartending.
