History

Established in 1980.

My clients are individuals, families and small businesses, of modest, moderate and significant means. I provide assistance in estate planning, probate avoidance, elder law, and special needs. I represent clients in civil disputes involving personal injury, fraud, and exploitation of the elderly. I advocate for the disabled in Medicaid, Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income claims. In my criminal practice I focus on alternatives to conviction and incarceration. I have represented a variety of small businesses, from landlord to condominium developer, from carpenter to aircraft repair, in both contract and tort.
