In business since 1938. Our services include design-​build of complex (HVAC) heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration and control systems, including preventive maintenance, process piping & commercial ductwork.

History

Established in 1938.

We got our start with one focus — air conditioning for Cincinnati’s businesses in 1938 as 20^th Century Refrigeration. In 1963, we became 20^th Century Air Conditioning and operated under that name until 1999, when we became Century Mechanical Solutions. We changed our name to better describe how our company had grown to meet the increasing complex and varied solutions needed by our customers. Today, Century Mechanical Solutions has expanded its value-​added engineering capabilities and now specializes in the design/​build of complete commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions for businesses, schools, churches and hospitals.

Meet the Business Owner

Thomas L.

Business Owner

Thomas G. Lienhart, a professional engineer with more than 30 years of experience, is the owner and President of Century Mechanical Solutions.

Tom holds an electrical engineering degree and completed post-​graduate studies in HVAC design at Washington University in St. Louis, a major center of technical research.

Under Tom’s leadership, Century has expanded its value-​added engineering capabilities and now specializes in the design/​build of complete commercial HVAC and refrigeration solutions for businesses, schools, churches and hospitals.
