My name is Jason, I love reading and board games, I have a degree in psychology and I make wonderful cakes, cupcakes and cakePOPs! My love of cooking and baking began at a young age because of my amazing, loving mom. But it really all started back in 2008 when I baked a chocolate cake for myself. Just a plain box cake mix and canned frosting. How could I go wrong? Oh my. It was a disaster! To this day I have no idea what happened. The cake was burnt on the bottom and deflated in the middle. I salvaged what I could and slopped on some canned frosting. With my cake looking so pitiful I was determined to make a better cake! I did a lot of research and with a little bit of creativity and willpower made my first semi-​awesome cake! But why stop there? I learned how to whip up a great buttercream and perfected some great cake recipes! Later I moved on to stacking and fondant. Whadya know? I have talent after all! And I’ve been at it ever since…
