Zero stars. This places is a breeding ground for incompetent, turkey necks who struggle with reading or understand simple sentences. I’m almost positive that they only hire people who are almost guaranteed to screw everything up so that they can keep your car longer and longer and collect a higher and higher release fee. If you can do anything at all to avoid having your car towed here… PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
