Food was good, waitress was nice and doing a great job, I think she was new. The girl who greeted us was annoyed that we showed up at 8:03pm. She looked at the clock and her facial expressions and the sigh she let out let us know she was annoyed. I asked what time they close and if we should go somewhere else and she said 9:30 and said«it’s ok» lol We ate and left before 8:45. She was at the register and didn’t speak, didn’t thank us for coming in, didn’t ask how our food was. Just rude. I like Bob Evans but we won’t go back to that location(even though it’s closer to our home) Springdale and winton road are much more friendly. Maybe someone should count the nearby restaurants within a mile radius of this place, and kindly remind them that there are literally dozens of other places we could have chosen. We chose to spend our money here, it was an hour and a half before closing, not 15 minutes. Spare the attitude next time

I don’t post a lot of reviews about chain restaurants but this Bob Evans is close to my office and I visit for breakfast a couple times per month. The food is just about the same as every Bob Evans, which is to say traditional, basic, and pretty good. What I really want to write about is the fantastic service I have almost always gotten at this particular location. The entire staff is attentive and friendly and service is quick. They seem to have recently hired a lot of new servers and they absolutely hit the ground running. Both your assigned server and other servers are constantly coming around asking if you want your coffee topped off, and I am always offered a to-go coffee when I finish my breakfast. Managers are often on the floor checking on tables too. They run a tight ship at this Bob Evans and it is a pleasure to stop in for a good breakfast.

The manager here needs a major attitude adjustment. I stopped by for a carryout order on Christmas Eve(I know, I know. long story). It’s an order where I’ve typically substituted a cheaper side item. Rather than graciously taking my order, the manager proceeded to make sure I knew that this was a violation of policy and that she had instructed her servers to never make such a substitution. She said that items could only be prepared exactly as stated in the menu(Wow, does this mean that if I order a salad, I can’t request«no tomatoes?») I was absolutely stunned by this attitude — and I’ve certainly never had any problem like this at another Bob Evans restaurant. As a side note: I usually go to a different Bob Evans — I stopped coming here a couple of years ago because this same manager tried to convince me that soggy, under-cooked hash browns were perfectly fine. Clearly, her lack of customer orientation remains, and the restaurant ownership must have no problem with it … Merry Christmas!

Called ahead to stop in and pick up a pumpkin pie(that is now up to $ 11!). Arrived at restaurant, paid for order and after waiting a while before I was told they were sorry but they didn’t have any whole pies after all. Frustrated that I drove out here to pick this up and now don’t have time to stop and pick up another dessert for my event. Yes, I know they have other desserts but I am not purchasing out of principal. I won’t trust or try them again. Definitely feel like this entire franchise has really been going down hill in recent years and this doesn’t help that feeling.

I haven’t been to a Bob Evans in many years but after going to this one I will forsure come back! Prices are great, food is amazing! The service was wonderful even tho you could tell how busy they were. I came in by myself today just to relax and have a good breakfast and even though it was just me they seated me quickly and got my order out in great time! Plus they would ask me if my food was good which I thought was nice since they were so busy! Love this place!

The manager contacted me within a few hours, which I appreciated. After some investigation they confirmed that I had been double charged each time. The manager said that it is a system error that they are working to resolve. The manager apologized but did nothing to make reparations.

Came here on a weekday morning. It was crowded but we immediately were seated. Quick and lovely service, great amount and quality of food, fantastic pricing! The last time I was here was a couple of years ago, I didn’t know what to expect. I would definitely recommend to a friend. AWESOME!!!

My husband wanted to go here. We hadn’t been to a Bob Evans in years. First, I needed to ask the server to clean the table: o(I will say that she was happy to do it and did apologize. I am a bit picky about my eggs. I like them poached– lightly so that they’re still runny. They don’t have poached, but they do have baked. It seemed like poached but I think they bake them with some oil or fat. They were okay. I also had two pancakes and bacon with the eggs. The pancakes are a little sweet. I do NOT like sweet pancakes at all, but I will say that I am pretty sensitive to sugar. So you might not find them sweet at all. The bacon was nice — crispy but not too much so. Yum! And the service was good. She was attentive to my husband’s coffee and our waters. I will say that our bill was pretty inexpensive. But I’d prefer to pay a big more and get poached eggs and pancakes that I like.

This location looses hundreds of thousands because they don’t open until 7am. Who owns this place and why don’t they scout their property to find new sources of profit? Bob Evans is sitting on acres of diamonds.

Bob Evan’s is a consistently good place to eat. I miss their«Bold» coffee, as their normal coffee is very weak. Food selection is very broad and more than sufficient. I frequently meet people here for breakfast meetings. Only issue I have is that BobEvan’s various locations open at different times and that is a bit confusing.

When there are three GMs working a breakfast service and the place still falls completely apart — it’s obvious that this restaurant has issues. Saturday morning rushes are busy and problems are to be expected but today the kitchen and waitstaff were in total pandemonium. They have an eat-in bar in full view of the kitchen and expedite area where I think many forgot that customers can hear and see all the issues and breakdown. A few gems I took away: Mennonites must be historically bad tippers because one server made it well known that she«got a five out of one or them!» This is tacky and disrespectful … It might be true but I found it a little rude and disrespectful. Angie(GM) is the only one who knows what the hell is going on. Everyone was tugging at her and bless her heart she was doing her best. Another GM was an older woman who seemed oblivious to the breakdown. Food was sitting in the window for 20 mins and she was just moseying around the dining room asking people how they were. I’m sure most lied to avoid confrontation but it was obvious the place was a disaster from a management perspective. One waiter came up and asked another waiter for his swipe badge while he was in the middle of taking a customer’s order. Rude! Another server was frustrated with the slow kitchen and she slammed her tray down on the expedite counter. As the entrance began to crowd with people wanting to be seated, the entire waitstaff pretended not to notice they were there. I suppose there was a MIA hostess somewhere but since no GM was exerting real oversight — who knows where the hostess was. I waited to order until the window was cleared of all the stuff that had been spending half an hour under the heat lamp and the food was pretty good. I talked to Angie about all that I observed. She was very apologetic — there was a gentlemen in a dress shirt that also appeared to be a higher level of management. He heard my concerns but seemed afraid to engage. Angie — keep your head up. Corporate — fire those other bozos and find someone who can lead!

I had never been to a Bob Evans before. It was introduced to me as, «a nicer version of Denny’s,» which it was, at that. The atmosphere was pleasant and the building was well-maintained. The food was good enough to not need to be embellished by frillish names like«Moons Over My Hammy» and«Lumberjack Slam». Most importantly, the restaurant served Cherry Coke, the mix was perfect, and our server, Matt, was totally on the ball with hooking me up with refills. Oh, plus I got a Caramel Sundae for just $ 1.29, which was dope. Six stars.

The food was delicious and the server was excellent! It was the best I could expect at a chain restaurant like this.

We were greeted as soon as we set foot in the door — by far the quickest, friendliest greet I have ever had — EVER. Our server was prompt and brought coffee — a must. However, she didn’t return often enough and didn’t check on us much. The food was good and exactly what we were looking for after driving all over looking for a restaurant which was OPEN. I have never seen so many closed restaurants before. Unheard of.

The midwest Cracker Barrel. My favorite is the breakfast and the best items are the home fries and breakfast sausage, both are some of the best in the country. The roast beef hash makes for a great Sunday brunch.

Service was fair. Food was good when we did get what we order. The most spacious location I ever been to. But it seem like it was just wasted space. They could use some more chairs for consumers waiting for a table. Also the place could use more tables… seriously.

Bob Evans does what Bob Evans does best. Like… Breakfast, sausage gravy and biscuits, biscuites, pot roast sandwich, did I say biscuits :)

The cheap Ohio Midwest equivalent of a Denny’s, the prices here are reasonable, the toast heavily slathered with butter, and the sausage patties and links aren’t bad. Disappointed that they don’t have hashed browns but have home fries only. Their ham was a bit dry, could use a little more care while cooking. The steak and eggs — — well, the eggs were done right, but the steak was asked for medium, and it came out rare. Interesting. Other than that, the décor was pleasantly farm-like and the staff friendly.
