I really like this place and I’ve been here a few times. Like what’s wrong with you? Probably go here for it. Today, I brought my brother here. Like he was jogging and twisted his ankle. Then he kept jogging. Then he couldn’t walk. Like it was so gross, but they did xrays and wrapped it up. Thank god I don’t have to look at it again! Plus we were in and out so fast. Like I can use sick leave for family care, but I have a lot of work to do. Whatever.
OMG but I’ve totally washed my hands 100 times. There are some sick people there, so be prepared. I think some lady sitting near me had tuberculosis. And some guy — Ron with two N’s (Ronn?) — was also coughing. No offense to sick people, but wear a face mask please. Animals.

Doctor was super nice, wait was less than 15 minutes. Girl behind the front desk seemed to have no idea what was going on. Bad at explaining things and solving people’s payment problems. Girl, I don’t work here; I don’t know the process.

After injuring my foot over a weekend, I needed to find somewhere in-​network that was open on a Sunday. I’d imagined a dreary waiting room where I’d sit for hours as I’ve experienced at other urgent care facilities over the years. Beechmont has a pleasant waiting room and I was addressed by the nurse right away and seen only shortly thereafter. Because I was a gimp, they brought out a wheelchair and took me to a downstairs room so that I’d be close to their X-​ray room. The nurse had an awesome sense of humor and quickly took my blood pressure and completed my x-​rays. The doctor arrived downstairs just as they were finishing and took a look immediately. I felt well cared for, my injury was addressed and they even gave me follow up instructions on when to come back if my injury doesn’t seem to get better. The entire visit took well under an hour. While I hope I don’t ever have to go back to an Urgent Care, I will go here if I need to again.

I walked into this urgent care randomly one day and was quite surprised at how exceptional the service was. The staff is very friendly, as well as the physician. Dr. Gupta was kind and took the time out to listen to me. He was attentive to each of my problems and addressed them appropriately. I definitely recommend this practice!

Being a coughing bride is not anybody’s dream, so when it was just a few days before my wedding and I couldn’t stop coughing I knew it was time to see the doctor. Lucky for me I quickly got to see Dr. Gupta who was not only sympathetic but took the time to talk to me about what could be causing my lingering cough and of course ordered medication to help prevent the coughing on my big day. I really appreciated him taking the time to explain things to me, as well as listen to me bc I was definitely stressed out! I’m glad I was able to see him and will definitely be back!
