Balloon Works has been locally owned and operated for over 20 years! John’s parents ran Celebrations, a downtown party store where Kathy learned the balloon design side of the business while in college. After their son, Johnny, was born Kathy started Balloon Works and John joined in the late 1990s. Balloon Works as grown into Cincinnati’s one– stop shop for party and event decorating needs!
