Audi Connection The

Took a while after i took them my car. They only paid for the rental for a few days. I had to have it a month! So i had to pay the rest. The rental car also had problems. They didn’t replace things that need to be replaced or brought to my attention while the motor was out knowing it would have been cheaper to do so. Still had oil leak when i got it back. Told me they would give me $ 500 for it and tried to sell me a newer one many times. Knowing if i seen a car like that on craigslist i would want it too. Not good.

They made me feel completely taken advantage of and cheated. My brake pad check light came on in my 2007 Audi A4. I made an appointment and came in. They charged me $ 40 to get it checked out. Then after looking at my car, they told me my front brake pads needed replaced and it would cost approximately $ 600. They replaced them and then left me a voicemail to say they did. They also told me that my brake pad check light was faulty and it took driving it around a little to turn it off. I immediately wondered if I even needed to spend $ 600 on my brakes because maybe they weren’t even bad! I just let it go though. I’m in my car a week later and I hit a bump on the highway. Surprise! My brake pad check light comes on. I find out that when they change brake pads, it only costs them $ 4 to replace the sensor, and they are supposed to change them at the same time. They didn’t do it. This is completely unacceptable and I probably wasted my money at this crooked business. Do not give them business and waste your time and money.

I drove up from Louisville simply based on a wonderful phone conversation with my salesman who made the whole transaction painless and quick.
