Atlas Builder Heating & Cooling

As a landlord I am from time to time having to put out a fire for my tenants. Sometimes they are just small… and then they are major.
The air conditioning was not working recently. Now in Cincinnati, Ohio that can be a heck of a lot hotter than Chicago gets and pretty serious thing to address.
Not having the air conditioning never worked on, I was a bit at a loss as to who would be able to service the unit (it is located on a roof) in the downtown area (no ladders can reach the 3^rd floor roof due to alleys).
A friend that also has a property in downtown Cincinnati recommended Atlas Builder Heating & Cooling. Dan answered the phone and runs the show and was quick to set up a time to look at the unit and the repair was done within a day and my tenants were no longer baking in their place. Mission accomplished. And the bill was very reasonable even though getting on the roof was a real challenge.
