At Your Service was created when it was realized that a specialized transportation service was truly needed for the pilots flying in and out of Lunken Airport in Cincinnati, specifically NetJets. We have since grown into a company focused on the need for outstanding customer service for all of our customers!

Arrived on time but van was smoky and grimey. My first clue should have been when he said he was based in Newport KY so I should call a Cincinnati cab (even though we drive through KY to get downtown)

AYS provided the best taxi service I’ve had in my ten years in Cinci. They arrived early but didn’t charge me for their wait. They realized their original cost estimate was high and reduced the fare. Van was clean. Driver was friendly and safe.

Found them online — good rating, car showed up 10 min early, almost pristine clean inside, owner was the driver, polite conversation, made the trip from Anderson to CVG flew by.

AYS is a fantastic service. They were willing to pick me up for a super early flight. The driver was extremely friendly, arrived early, and didn’t seem to mind that I slept the whole way :-) The van was clean and well maintained.
I will definitely use them in the future for transfers to and from CVG and DAY airports.
