Going to AT&T is stressful in general but I will be as clear cut as possible. We came during what would be considered lunch rush so it was relatively busy. We were«first» in line but we were not greeted by anyone upon entering. This left us standing for a good 10 minutes before someone was free and entered us on the digital line through the iPad. This shows your place in line on the LCD in the back. We went on to be «helped» but unless you know exactly what you want or need the trustworthiness of this help can be questionable. Nevertheless, others came in to wait in the digital queue but were not greeted. One man was told he could not pay for his bill and he would have to wait in this same«line». The service member we were dealing with was knowledgeable and appeared friendly, literally showing everyone the door upon their exit, but could have come of as disingenuous. Better attention to customers and customer service should be a focus for this branch.

Don’t get AT&T at all if your not already sucked into a contract with this over priced company! I have had countless bad experiences with AT&T too many to even count. The latest blow this company has done to me is charge me for 3 months for something I returned. I added on some items when told it would save me money to do so. False! It didn’t save me anything, it skyrocketed my bill! And then I was given the wrong product so I went into this location in Colerain to exchange it they happened to have one in back & did so. Today after having an extremely high bill looked over by a different store I found out I was being billed on the item I exchanged. I was told they weren’t allowed to just switch it the way they did & that it was fraud. I was also told I had to go back to Colerain to have this fixed. I go back & the guy concludes I am only due a credit of $ 30 after all this hassle. Doing my own math it should have been at least $ 35 credit. So not only am I ripped off constantly by this company I was shorted on a credit owed to me! I am sick to death of this company & when my contract is up I will probably get staight talk for $ 45 a month unlimited everything. So do yourself a favor & don’t sign up for unneeded debt.
