Picking a good realtor is something you want to get right the first time. When i picked Amy Broghamer, i knew she was the right one. we were in florida when we listed our Newport Ky home with Amy. Amy went right to work setting the price and making it easy to sign documents electronically. Amy hired a stager to come in and rearrange things to make it easier to appeal to a larger group of potential buyers. Amy handled all the details with the stager and painter. Amy provided storage boxes and took time to handle the details since we were out of town. She managed our property during our absence, ensuring contractors had access to complete the work needed. When the offers came in, she helped us navigate towards the best one for our situation and we used electronic signature software to quickly and easily sign the sales contract. Amy provides a really sharp service. I just never dreamed that the Amy B sales team were so much on the ball. we were happy from start to finish. i hope this helps others in their decision of hiring a realtor.

I rarely write reviews as I typically tell people how they did and prefer to give word of mouth referrals. However, this summer I had an amazing experience and I wanted to share with more than just the people I communicate with daily. We purchased a new home and were challenged with selling our home quickly. Amy Broghamer and her team were the most professional and proactive team I have ever worked with. From the first communication, to staging of our home, to the negation of sale and the closing process, Amy’s team was there every step of the way. She achieved a price point that far exceeded our expectations. When we first contacted Amy, we were not sure when we were going to sell, but based on finding a home and acting quickly on our new home, it was paramount that we had already started the conversation with Amy and her team. If you know of anyone looking to sell or just interested in what is out there in the real estate market, I would highly suggest meeting with Amy and getting a better understanding as it is a great time to sell. Whenever people ask me if I know a good realtor, I tell them no – I know a GREAT realtor! The AmyBSells Team sold our house in 2010 for 100% of asking price in 2 days. They also moved us into our next house, smoothly and on time, with no temporary housing.
Amy Broghamer took her time with us, educating us about our market (Deer Park), giving us honest advice about pricing, and referring us to a rockin’ staging expert to get our house ready to sell. She did everything she could (and advised us on what we could do) to help us sell quickly. We were able to get the most money possible for the sale, and had excellent communication back and forth throughout the process.
I referred my elderly great aunt to the AmyBSells team when she was ready to sell in Mt. Washington (later in 2010). She had a similar positive experience, from beginning to end. She was able to sell quickly for a good price and move into her new retirement community.

My husband and I were referred to this team when we decided to sell our house and buy a new one. Off the bat we were impressed with the fact that Amy was honest with us in referring us to one of her colleagues to sell our condo downtown as that was more his core competency — that showed that she was geniune and not just looking for a sale or a quick buck.
We did use her team to buy our new house though and I would not recommend anyone else to work with. Molly, our buyer, I cannot say enough great things about. Right from the beginning she took plenty of time to understand exactly what we were looking for and not looking for to be sure she could be as helpful as possible in our search. And again it was amazing how honest she was about areas that she could have easily said «oh this is a great street» only to find out after we bought the house that it was mostly renters or a busy cut-​through or one of the other things we didn’t want. She would rather look at 100 houses and find one that we were completely satisfied with than make a sale and move on to another client.
Molly also made the process of buying a house relatively painless. We always knew exactly what was happening and when, or when we needed to be doing something and she was always willing to go the extra mile to help us get something we wanted or needed.
We love our new house — and it has pretty much everything that was on our «must have» list from our first meeting with Molly. I couldn’t recommend a better team to work with if you want a really smooth buying process.
