Affinity Air Limousine & Car Service

We loved our mini tour with Affinity. I found a Groupon for a couple hours so I surprised my man friend on his 30^th BDay with a ride with all of our besties. The driver was so accommodating and really worked with me to make the surprise magical!

Seamless, quick service, we called pretty last-​minute as I had a work trip to Cincinnati and they accommodated all my needs, and were very professional and friendly to boot. For any future trips to Cincinnati, I’ll definitely be giving them a call.

Awesome service and cars are super clean. I love going to Cincinnati for the Flying Pig Marathon, and he’s a great option if you need a ride from the airport! It’s usually a busy weekend for him though, so book him early. Next year I want to get a big group together and get him to take us around town to all the breweries and cool spots in town Sunday after the race.

I would love to be able to write a review of my experience with this limo company however it is impossible since they didn’t provide the service they were hired to do. My wedding was on August 9^th. I had booked Affinity Limousine for my wedding date. I booked them mainly based on their price. I did notice the lack of reviews that were online so when I called I found out that they were a new company and that is why they didn’t have reviews yet. Fine. I trusted them anyway. I got a TEXT MESSAGE on the Monday prior to my wedding, August 4^th indicating their vehicle was damaged and they would not be able to provide the limo for my wedding. I was told they only have their 8 person limo available (I needed 11) and referred me to another company. Yes, they apologized and gave me another company to contact, however there is a much more professional way to do business and this is not it.
I understand things happen BUT in this situation I should have received a very sympathetic phone call, NOT a text message. This is NOT the way to treat customers. Needless to say, I called a few other limo companies, which the ones that still had a limo available with 5 days notice were out of my price range. The smaller, cheaper companies that I needed were already booked.
I guess the old «you get what you pay for» showed to be true in this situation. I wish anyone else who hires this company good luck and I hope you don’t get screwed over. Luckily we hadn’t paid anything yet since we were told to just have cash on the day of so I didn’t have to deal with that. Like I said, I know things happen… I wouldn’t have been so upset if a person was on the phone with me. I hope that future customers get treated with better customer service.
