History

Established in 2002.

AA Home Inspection was founded by Michael Patton. The business was started based on providing security to our family’s and our clients family’s though our inspection services. AA Home Inspection provides multiple inspection services, including home inspection, termite and radon testing through out the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. Inspectors are licensed (KY), members of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and members of Kentucky Real Estate Inspectors Association (KREIA).

Darrin Bachman of AA Home Inspection was extremely helpful and performed a very thorough full home and termite inspection. He was courteous, professional, and willing to answer all questions. He even encouraged me to call him at a later time if any additional questions come up after moving in. He provided the inspection report in a very timely manner, and it was very thorough and organized. I would highly recommend Darrin for anyone’s inspection needs. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice/​instruction on owning a home. As a first time homebuyer, this was incredibly valuable. You will not be disappointed!

Darrin Bachman with AA Home Inspection performed a whole house inspection along with termite and radon inspections for us. He was very professional, friendly and polite. He arrived early to inspect the roof which saved us time. He walked us thru everything he was inspecting. Along the way he gave helpful tips on maintenance and possible issues to watch out for. He was thorough, seemed very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. He welcomed any questions and we didn’t feel rushed.
Darrin was extremely fast to get our inspection report to us and it was very detailed and organized. He encouraged us to call/​email with any questions that might come up later. We are very satisfied with Darrin’s inspection and highly recommend him.

This morning, i had my first home inspection done. Darrin Bachman showed up 5 minutes early (home inspectors are known for being notoriously late it turns out) and the inspection itself lasted about 3 hours. Darrin was extremely professional. He excels in his communication style and address all of our questions. I felt that he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with everything he was doing along with providing education along the way. I would recommend him to any person looking to purchase a new home or in need of a home inspection.
