Our simple service policy: If your repair is $ 80 or less (*computers and more complex units $ 154.95), we will go ahead and fix your unit, and call you when its ready. If we encounter a problem over $ 80 (*see note above), we will call with an estimate, to let you know what is wrong and how much its going to cost. If you decide not to go ahead with repairs, or if we can not fix it, we do charge a $ 20 charge ($ 40 for Camcorders, Computers and other complex equipment) which covers some of the time we have spent diagnosing the problem and pricing out your parts. We do ask you to pay our diagnostic fee when you bring in your equipment for repair.

A-​HI Computers and Electronics Norwood Hyde Park Television is an electronic service and sales facility located in Norwood. A-​HI provides service at the component level for electronic equipment, including computers, monitors and peripherals, television, VCR, DVD, camcorders, games, appliances, and stereo. A-​HI also sells new equipment, and provides expert computer upgrades and support.

Meet the Business Owner

Alan I.

Business Owner

Alan, owner of A-​Hi Computers, is a Cincinnati native. As an electronics enthusiast since his teen years, he attended Walnut, then on to OCAS (Ohio College of Applied Science at UC). After graduating from UC, Alan used his electronic and technical skills servicing organs and pianos for The Wurlitzer Company. Moving on from Wurlitzer, Alan relocated to LA, where he worked initially on studio and sound recording equipment, and then video editing systems. Beyond LA, in 1990, Alan merged his ongoing computer repair business with the preexisting Norwood Hyde Park TV, and has remained at the Norwood location for over 20 years.
