History

Established in 1990.

THR began in Connecticut as a limited client based home improvement business after years of working in the Carpenters and Painters unions of northeastern Ct. Richard started his own company and specialized in working hand and hand with his clients to design, develop and build their ideas. Richard now resides in Central NY and runs his business with the same care and passion.

I began my northeast Ct home improvement business in 1990 while working as a union carpenter and union painter. As the building trades began to slow I found I was far more comfortable with my private clients working to realize their home improvement dreams.

One job at a time was my focus keeping the clients needs in mind. It just felt better than the fast paced commercial world of construction.

In 2008 my wife and I began looking for vacation property in Central NY and I found my building sight in Altmar and began building. Our home was complete within the year and when our girls were ready for college and comfortable in 2012 relocation was our decision.

I am currently offering my experience and service to the CNY area with that same passion.

My clients needs will always come first as they have in the past 25 years and I am looking forward to the satisfaction that brings. Sincerely, Richard
