David O. Koch is Founder and Managing Director of Koch & Associates, P.C., a law firm specializing in Foreclosure Defense and Real Estate and providing legal services in several other areas of law.

Mr. Koch began his legal career soon after graduating from DePaul University Law School in 1994 by joining his father’s Law Firm Koch & Koch, practicing law in the banking industry.

Mr. Koch then began his own law practice specializing in Real Estate, Sales Closings, Foreclosure Defense, Evictions, Tenancy, Code Violation and Bankruptcy.

As his practice grew and with the significant foreclosure problems faced by many in the wake of the 2008 housing crisis, Mr. Koch saw the need to expand his firm’s foreclosure law practice in order to serve more people with cost effective, personalized services.
