History

Established in 2014.

Bluebonnet Occasions and Catering LLC is a dream come true for me, the owner, Nicole. I’ve always been very passionate about all things to do in the kitchen and have enjoyed preparing food for various events over the last decade.

I’ve had many people encourage me to open a restaurant, but I wasn’t interested in taking that route. One evening, my husband had a friend over for dinner. I prepared my Fish Tacos with Homemade Strawberry Shortcake with cremé fraiche, nothing too fancy.

This woman invested in my catering business right then and there based on that one meal and I’ve never turned back.
