I began my bodywork practice in 2000 after completing Shiatsu studies at the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy and the International School of Shiatsu (ISS).

I am a Certified Practitioner with the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). I am also a Diplomate in Asian Bodywork Therapy with National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

In 2004, I began studying Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and I am certified in Craniosacral Techniques.

I also practiced for several years as a birth doula and, while I no longer perform this service, I bring that extensive experience to my bodywork with prenatal/​postnatal women and babies.

It is so rewarding to see the positive changes in my clients through bodywork and other lifestyle changes. I look forward to assisting you on your healing journey.
