Woodland Hills Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE !!! Its the worst place to rent every 6 months they increase the rent to 50 – 70 dlls more its the worst place to live you do not have a parking place they said you have 2 but its only if you can park your car its first come first serve and the laundry sucks the machine are old and its take your money all and all its garbage here parking, rent, laundry and you get notes after notes on your door saying that your windows are open or the blind are half way open it sounds stupid and exaggerated but its true…

These apartments are ran by HCA! They don’t care bout heir tenants, they only want to collect your rent which is as much as a mortgage payment. They claim to be a gated community but they are NOT! The gate supposedly always has issues, they let the homeless people come dig through the dumpsters, and then tell the tenants to fill the cops if they see them. Shouldn’t that be the managers job to keep the property clean and free of trespassers? I guess not! My vehicles have been broken into 6 times in the 3 years I have lived here, things have been stolen off my balcony which is hard to access, and management just turns their head! This company could careless about who rents from them. As long as they collect your money! DO NOT RENT FROM HCA, ESPECIALLY NOT WOODLAND HILLS!!!

These apartments are way to strict thats why im moving out of here I dont recommend anyone to rent here cause the rent is way to high and not pet friendly the landlord is way to strict.
