I needed Quickbooks set-​up and training and tried to use Western Abacus accounting. I talked to Elizabeth who put me in touch with Travis «the cowboy» who set-​up an appointment to come to my home business. After a no-​call, no-​show, I called the office, and Elizabeth apologized saying Travis told her he left a voice message for me (not true) saying he was held up in court. I re-​scheduled for three days later and again no-​call and no-​show. Unacceptable! I am so glad I did not pre-​purchase the discount offered on Unilocal!If you need this valuable service, I suggest you check my other reviews. I’ll do a write-​up on the next company I call and use. These guys are worthless.
