I’ve had the pleasure of working with Terri Davids a lot over the years. We work with a lot of agents and they are NOT all equal. Terri is proficient in what she does, she is a good communicator and sets the service bar high. She works hard to provide a seamless transaction for all of her clients.
In our industry, it is imperative that agents have a good reputation and work well with others. Terri has a great reputation and has proven over and over her willingness to teach others within the industry.

Terri seemed like a wonderful agent over the phone. She started off telling my wife and I everything we needed to know about buying a house. We took notes and started looking for houses from Hawaii. I decided to fly in to look at properties and make offers. That’s when I lost trust in Terri. I spent 3 days in San Diego. I told Terri i needed a house to go into escrow within the next few weeks. Terri did not tell me till I landed that she was unavailable for one of those days and was taking a vacation for 3 weeks after I left SD. We picked houses but then on the last day I asked her a question and she gave me attitude and said «don’t you remember I told you this already». Well she did and I wrote it down in my notes and the difference in answers from that day was $ 4000. She also made a very rude comment to my mother-​in-​law that was very unprofessional. She also didn’t pay for one of our lunches and promised to pay us back for it. Still waiting for that. She also has zero negotiating skills. At one point i wondered if she was on my side or the sellers. She talks a big game but is unable to deliver.

Terri definitely is the Best at what she does. We had a wonderful experience with her as our Realtor. She truly does take the time to get to know you and and your wants, and truly does care. She is a person you can really trust to give you an honest opinion, she won’t sell you a home just to get a commission. She tends to her clients needs, and follows up. its been a little over 3 years since we bought our home from her and we still get thank you and holiday cards from her, She has even stopped by to visit us to she if we are comfortably settled in. Now that is true customer service! She also recently hosted a client appreciation meetup, just as an extra thank you. Like I said Terri really and truly does care about her clients. So if you are looking for an awesome Realtor, who not only knows her stuff, but is caring and looking out for your best interest then… Terri is the one for you. I will definitely be sing her as a Realtor in the future.
