Horrible service, guy was rude after he got my order wrong. They wanted me to wait in a long ass line AGAIN to get my order fixed. And when I knocked at the door the guy walked towards the door saying «Were fucking closed» he was complaing on going home. And the girl working there gave me attitude when I asked nicely to fix my order and told me to go back throught drive thru. It took about 10 minutes before anyone listened to me. Don’t put people to work who don’t want to be there. It’s not us the customers fault that they don’t want to be there. I will never go back there again. They unfortunately lost a good customer that would go at least 4 times a week.

Whoever was working the drive thru is both stupid and deaf. Tried to repeat my order 3 times and she still could not get it right. I will not be back to this location.

I am very disappointed withthis starbucks. I ordered a grande and basically got a miniature white chocolate mocha it was filled halfway not even three fourths of the way. This is ridiculous. When I try to call I couldn’t even get through

If you want to go to a good Starbucks, I don’t recommend this location. There is one less than a mile on Broadway by Target that is much better.
I’ve been here several times and it never changes. I have experienced the rudeness a couple times myself as other fellow Unilocalers have. But I’ve also had good customer service experiences but very rarely.
The service at this location is very slow and always has been. I know when I come here I have to not be in a rush. The drinks I’ve never had a problem with.
Last time I came however it was absolutely filthy, there was trash and spills everywhere, no napkins and the employees were extremely stressed out. I felt kind of bad asking the girl for more napkins because she just looked so overwhelmed.
I hope whoever is managing this location does it more efficiently soon because obviously there’s an issue with the employees. (As per previous Unilocal reviews complaining of rude and slow staff). From my perspective every single employee always looks completely overwhelmed and stressed that I was wondering if they are short staff? This is just not typical Starbucks employee personality at this location.
Sad thing is, this could be a fantastic location if it was managed properly. It’s very spacious inside however there tends to be a bunch of loitering due to the trolley station right next door. There never is anywhere to sit down. I’ve seen quite a few creepy people inside too. I will never come to this location to sit and relax.
It seems like they try to control it with a bathroom code but fail miserably. They really should regulate and keep an eye on who is a customer versus who’s just hanging around. As a customer we should feel comfortable enough (and have space) to actually sit down and enjoy our beverage– isn’t that what Starbucks is all about?

Really? They advertised «buy 1 get 1 free ! Christmas Blend» but when I tried to get the special they have only one left… Nothing is free!!! Please Remove the sign if you are not honor the promotion”

This Starbucks is absolutely the 2^nd worst service I’ve experienced in a Starbucks in San Diego, the kid behind the counter tall lankey black hair couldn’t follow directions or smile, and the short bald headed one next to him musty as rude! I think Starbucks is going down hill in service! And the place was dirty trash vans full, floor filthy! And plenty of workers, not busy when I went in either! I spend on average $ 10 a day at Starbucks I expect great service I came in at 1:15 pm on a Sunday Chula Vista on Palmar by the trolley station!

Im sorry, i gave them a second chance and i was still not satisfied. I asked for no ice on my coffee and guess what? I recieved my coffeee with ice ! I just wasn’t in the mood of returning my order so i just left. And finally the coffee taste sooo watered down !! OMG cant they get it right for once?! Please… Show that the customers opinions matter. For what i see, so many unsatistied customers.

After a year of not going to this Starbucks because of a bad experience. I thought I’d give them another chance this morning. what a mistake. It took them 15 minutes to get my coffee with 10 employees walking around doing nothing. The girl who took my order was very rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. This time I promise I will never walk through those doors again. Giving them one star but they don’t even deserve that.

This store is awful. Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
The staff is incredibly rude. Apparently, asking for the code to the bathroom was asking too much because the girl standing around behind the counter wouldn’t even look up at me when she finally told it to me.
For me bad service doesn’t mean much if you can get in & out quick with a good drink. But I’ve never received a drink that was even decent from this store.
Bottom line: Just drive around the corner to the store on Broadway by the iHop. Fantastic store & yummy drinks!

Rushed in here really really pressed and Linda (heavily tattooed lady) refuse to give me the password asking me to go the register. Irrespective of the fact that I am a gold member. Letty on the other hand was great. It would have being a one star if it wasn’t for Letty!

I usually come here often and have no problems with the baristas but today’s barista «sharron» or «shannon» was a total b!!! I ordered multiple drinks in the drive thru and simply asked asked about their chestnut drink. I never said i wanted it but according to her i did. When i drove up to the Window i was handed a hot coffee which was the chestnut i asked her what it was and she told me it was the stupid chesnut. I simply said oh, i never ordered this her response was «yes you did» excuse me??? How are you going to sit there and argue with me telling me what i want. Im a cashier myself and know simply that the customer is always right. I told her what i did want and she rolled her eyes at me and made a big olé scene about it. Jesus Christ lady go take some midol for your bitch fit!!! Such rude customer service and instead of apologizing she basically shoves my drink at me. I ask her if they had any drink holders i had ordered 5 different drinks her response was no! Have a good day… ewwweeewwwwwww!!! I was pissed & even scared to ask for napkins she probably would of shoved that in my face too… Such shitty service from this person! !!

I’m a regular at this Starbucks all the girls know me &’ I came in recently and a girl named Satin took my order and recommended a iced chestnut praline with white mocha so I took her suggestion and I LOVE IT!!! she’s so nice every time I come in always has a good attitude! Ever since she made me that drink that’s all i get from Starbucks!

Went through this Starbucks drive thru this morning, there were about 6 cars in front of us. The line was going faster than I expected and then the car in front of us was having issues something and even then it didn’t take long to fix it. Came up to the window and took a minute for the lady to ask us if we’ve been helped and when we said hadn’t she immediately got our drinks and told us they were on the house for our wait. Our wait wasn’t even that long, I have waited a lot longer at Starbucks drive through before. Giving us on the house drinks was very unnecessary, but a wonderful way to start my day off. Just moved to this neighborhood and I think this is going to become my new favorite Starbucks.

I love the drive through.
Restrooms need code yes that’s due to keep homeless out. Sure that isn’t human to them but this is a business and I understand they have policies to meet like keeping the restrooms clean and why not.
This store has plenty of seats and is always cool with AC.
Wifi is complementary like at any other location but for some reason it isn’t as crowded as the others.
Staff rotates like at any other locations as well but so far I haven’t had a bad experience so at he end I gob them a 5 star rating.

Drive through for my coffee please! People are so nice here! Just love to order my coffee and go. Only when I have time for the long lines. Wish they had two lanes lol. delicious coffee and great service.

My frapp was over blended. Ugh usually go for the white chocolate mocha of the Java chip frapp and this time I’m dissapointed in was like drinking cold water. Super blended no Bueno! But I love that they have a drive thru that’s always a plus. Hopefully next time it won’t be this way.

Worst Starbucks Ever…
Fifth time I come here and never get the same quality I get at other locations…
The reason may be the location… it may be too busy to make good quality coffee but the Frapuchinos are always too icy. They add more ice then espresso plus flavoring.
*TIP… if you find yourself in desperate need to stop here bc of the drive thru taste your drink before you drive off… if not to par ask for it to be remade maybe that way they might get the point…
If not drive straight to Broadway make a left and you could find yourself a better Starbucks…

I am a starbucks addict, so of course I visit any starbucks near me. This starbucks is one of my favorites. The employees are very polite and helpful, never rude. My drinks are always made as requested, I have not had to send any of my orders back to be remade, which is great. I find it very inconvenient to have to send back a drink, anyone does.
The plus, they have a drive thru! I usually am a drive thru customer here but I will get down and go in every now and then. It’s very clean inside, surprisingly since it’s near the trolley and there are a lot of transients in the area. The drive thru menu is perfectly visible while ordering (The H street location has it more off to the side) They’re very nice over the speaker when ordering, and get everything right the first time!

So they’re fairly new, so they’ll have their slow days.
However, they’re super nice and my drinks are always yummy.
I always go to the drive thru, I have yet to go inside.
But the drive thru is so convenient.
