Starbucks

I live very near to this starbucks, it says on Google that they clase At 10:30. I’ve tried to get coffee at 930 maybe twice or more and they’re cleaning already and won’t let you come in. I think is such a rude thing to do. Even though is so close to home and drive thru. Yesterday I remembered why I never go there…

Ordered a brewed ice coffee with sweetener and creamer… They got the drink completely wrong. Other locations have made this drink without any problem. Waited at the drive thru for our drink to be fixed, we sit and look into the store watching all the baristas talking to each other and messing around. Very unprofessional and one of the worst behaviors I’ve seen of sbux employees. And the drink still didn’t taste right. Just got it and left.
And as I’ve added in my tip, while they were busy talking, I watched as they had multiple bottles of cleaner on the counter BY THE SYRUP, spraying and wiping down the counters while drinks were being made at the same area. And someone else using a wet towel to wipe a ledge or something directly above the same spot. I’m not super OCD, but there are dust and dirt particles floating down, bro.

The most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced from a Starbucks and I usually don’t frequent these shops. The lady at the register didn’t ask my name so I could be called for my drink. When it came no one said anything. They just put it on the pick up counter expecting me to know that it’s mine. Worst experience from Starbucks ever…

Your typical Starbucks, nothing more nothing less. I stopped by in the morning. They were pretty busy. The parking lots near where taken and the line for the drive thru was long. I found a parking spot near CVS and just walked over. Inside, the employees were running around and doing the best they could to fulfil all the orders. I gotta give it to them, they were really working hard. I’m not a big Starbucks fan, over the years I feel that something has changed in the recipes. But, I must say this team deserves 5 stars.

Let’s just go ahead and get the formalities out of the way. It is always best to note that not every Starbucks is the same as the next. If I had to be honest, I only go to this Starbucks because it is convenient.
I have ordered drinks here that taste the same as the next Starbucks. You can count on getting your drink made right here. It’s always nice to see when a Starbucks has a WIFI, the only problem is at times it does lose connection which makes it very unreliable. I don’t recommend doing your midterm test online here or anything else for that matter. Bathroom is semi clean most of the time. They manage to make sure that the toilet is flushed sometimes, the trash is not full sometimes, and the floor is clean sometimes. This tells me their attention to detail is really weak just like many stores restaurants in the area. It reminds me of La Fuente next door, hmm.
The baristas have always been very good to me. I’ve never had to complain about them and actually they have always been accommodating. One thing I have noticed that sticks out to me is after you order, while you are waiting, the cashiers are constantly checking to see if the people who ordered are having their drinks made yet or not. This really caught my attention because if it’s only been 2 minutes they will scurry around checking to see if the drink is being made. They really try to get your order out quickly. I also notice that if a customer is being more rude when ordering and treating them as less of a human, their drinks will typically take longer to make (trust me, I notice these things). This is pretty funny and as rude as people may take it, just love your barista and they will love you. When you go through the drive through, the baristas always have a big smile and tell me to have a great day. It’s these little details that make my day. The people you meet here are also very interesting. 25% of the time you will come across a person here who just wants to talk to you randomly. The atmosphere is pretty chill, never too loud like the Starbucks in National City, over there it’s pretty loud. You can get in some nice studying here if it’s just you and your books or have a deep conversation here just don’t speak too loud. All-​in-​all, not a disappointment in my opinion. Keep your head up and just be a great customer and expect to have a great barista tending to you!

Horrible service. Staff has attitude. I waited 10 min for 2 drinks and the people behind me that ordered 3 fraps got them before me. When i asked about my drinks I was given attitude.

I used to love coming to this Starbucks, I would always get amazing service and a comfortable atmosphere. However, for the past weeks, customer service has gone bad, to the point of not even a Thank You!
I stopped by today and the Wifi service went down. All the Barista said was, «There’s nothing we can do about the Wifi» then she went ahead and asked through the headset (Because they talk on the Headset the whole time… even if you’re there in front of them waiting for them to acknowledge you) «The wifi, there’s nothing we can do about it right? «she just said there were too many people here.
The drinks were good, but customer service just went down the drain! :/​

This starbucks is a good one. The employees are very nice, it is a nice and clean place, it has outside and inside sitting. But the only thing i dont like is that is always cold like 50 degrees but the rest is fine.

Today was the first time I went into this Starbucks. Usually, I go through the drive– thru but since I wasn’t lugging around the munchkin I decided to go inside. With that being said, I was very disappointed. Everyone that I’ve encountered at the drive-​thru is very nice, cheerful, and welcoming. In the store… not so much. No eye contact, no have a good day… nothing.
Secondly, I ordered a breakfast sandwich they had advertised in the pastry display only to be told they don’t carry it at that location. Then why offer it as an option in the display? And why don’t you, and only you, not offer it?
Any-​who, if I do go back to this location, I’m not getting out of the car. I’ll tough out the long line at the drive-​thru and wait for my coffee with a side of curiously and proper customer service.

Had the Christmas blend, good stuff. I prefer the Pike’s blend though.

i phone in at around 7:15 am to order 2 travelers and the barista said they are super busy and might take 20 minutes to get the travelers ready. once i pulled up to the parking lot i was able to see why, the drive-​thru line was out the parking lot! nevertheless the travelers were all ready go once i arrived :)
great service, and there seems to be a lot of regular customers because the barista knew what the customers wanted to order.

I went to this Starbucks the other day to redeem a free blonde coffee. They were promoting it on facebook, so I really wanted to try it. When I went in, they told me that they were not brewing the blonde roast. However, the girl at the counter said that she would brew me my own cup if I was willing to wait. I said that I would wait and a couple minutes later, my coffee was ready. It was great that she took the time to do that for me!

This is my favorite Starbucks. They are so warm and friendly. They remember my name and my favorite orders, and Shawna, in particular, is always a sunny addition to my day. I love this place!

The first starbucks you see when you go from Mexico #3 (National City) to Mexico #2 (Chula Vista) and not the last one you will see when you reach Mexico #1 (San Ysidrio). I like it there. Fast Drive Through, good size lot shared with a CVS i think, and full of the crack bean filtered into coffee that we all crave. Oh and there is a DMV across the street, so dont forget to register your car before it gets stolen.

Great pick me ups especially if your on the go. I take espresso shots to the head, I’m just crazy like that I guess. The worker had an idea of putting whipped cream on top of the shots, cha ching jackpot! I would have never thought of that myself, but I guess that’s why they work there and I don’t. Cheap prices, I also love their coffee cakes even when I don’t drink coffee. The staff is friendly & chipper whenever I go, I think they are dipping into the coffee beans or something they are wayyy to happy. I’d rather them be happy then rude annoyed employees like most of the customer service field. I will continue to come here whenever I’m in the area. Don’t forget to make mine a double!

I had a pretty crappy day at work yesterday. As soon as I got in everything just seemed to be going wrong. Customers were upset and pretty much took their frustration out on me! Ugh! I just had to go to the gym afterwards to burn off some steam. After I had some errands to run and decided to pick up some coffee to get me going.
I pulled into the drive thru and asked for an Iced White Chocolate Mocha. The voice on the other end said «What size?» I miss understood, thinking he had said, «What’s that?» So I repeated my order. Again he said «WHAT SIZE?!» with an attitude. «Oops! Tall, Sorry!» I said. I didn’t mind the attitude. My day at work was crappy too and I totally felt like going off on a few people so I totally understood where he was coming from, plus it was kinda late. When I pulled up to the window, the guy says «I’m sorry for the attitude. Don’t worry about it. Your coffee on the house.»
SWEET! I was gonna give it a 5 stars but looking at the previous review it seems to be an on going thing at the drive thru.

I stopped by this evening on my way home from the BestBuy down the street craving some coffee; I got the coffee, but I got a terrible experience via their drive-​thru. The nice lady got my coffee all prepped and done. However, before I left I wanted to ask the barista if she can throw away my straw wrapper but another guy who walked in thought I was leaving trash for them and gave me attitude and threw the wrapper back at me!
Now I wanted to deal with this in a Cornel West kind of matter, but my brother already had lambasted the man with some unfriendly words so I just drove off. Thanks Mr. Scarlet Haired Barista for ruining my brothers evening… your unlucky I didnt leave you with some thoughtful banter to ponder upon.
