I was called to pick up an item I ordered. They girl that attended me wasn’t just beautiful she was so happy and outgoing. I love this store. She was very happy to help me out and have a conversation with me and answer all my question. I will definitely be back.

Yesterday, Sunday I came in looking for a Barcelona jersey. I was greeted as soon as I walked into store, even though it seemed to be full of people taking advantage of a 30% off apparel sale. I had no idea that sale was even going on, so that was a huge plus! I believe Bryan was the guy who helped me out, he was very attentive even though the store was full of customers and helped me locate the jersey I was looking for. He also showed me a Barcelona ball that I had not seen before, which I ended up taking as well. Overall I was very happy with the customer service, & how the staff managed to help me quickly. I will be returning soon!

Very nice, clean and friendly place. Has a huge selection on any type of soccer gear. Mostly jerseys and shoes for all sizes and ages. The guys are young, yeah but they helped me out nicely. The prices are reasonable for the brands they sell. Next time I come in got my eyes set on some all pink nike indoor cleats with some matching sweat pants and some shoes for the fams. Cheeeaaaaa I give this place 5 estrellitas cuz they rock

I went to the store today and I was going to buy 2 pair of soccer cleats for my 10 and 11 year old kids. when I went to pay, the cashier told me they did not accept AMEX the card I use to do pretty much all my expenses, gas, food, etc. Then I pulled out a VISA and he told me he couldn’t take it because it was from an international bank, this has never happened to me before. I told the cashier why? Visa and Master card is an American company. He said that the company policy is that they only accept cards issued by American banks. This is not good business for a store so close to the border. There is 100s of thousands Mexicans that shop in San Diego county year out and your policy is horrible. By the way your customer service is horrible. I ended up buying the cleats at Sports Authority at a better price. Go figure one tries to support the smaller store, but at the end one understands why they are the smaller store!

They have everything soccer. All the soccer jerseys for men, women, and kids. A good selection of soccer cleats and soccer balls. The shop has an awesome set up with a great soccer love. They loose a start because customer service is not top notch.

Arrived at the store 15 min before closing, the guys were very nice to help me look for a few items I needed for my son’s soccer team.
I like the service I always get here, if they dont have a product I need they would check other stores for me and direct me to where I can find it

You need anything related to indoor and outdoor high quality sports equipment, this is the place to go. Sales were great and prices resaonalbe. Sales people were friendly and helpful. Have a question, they got the answer. I was able to find exactly what I want.

They have definitely improved since my first review. I think the employees are more attentive and more friendly. Yes, they occasionally turn their heads towards the tv when an exciting soccer game is on but I guess I would too. Though I’ve had issues with online purchasing from the main company, I will go here if I have immediate soccer needs.

I’m a 77 year old grandmother who know little about soccer. I had a few hints from my grandson as to what he wanted but not enough to be savy enough to walk in and buy. A young man named Cole assisted me. Was very patient, very helpful and knowledgable, and even helped me with sizes… youth vs adult. Had a wonderful experience this «can be» stressful time of year. Came for Mexico jerseys for my husband and myself. Was able to find the stock that most stores at the time (a week before their world cup loss to Netherlands). They didn’t however have any women’s jerseys, which was odd because they had some displayed. The customer service wasn’t bad but also wasn’t over the top. Nonetheless no complaints with that. I did want to get a specific name on one of the jerseys and they only had one mexican player’s name. A lil disappointed they didn’t have more of a selection. I’ll probably be back for my future soccer needs.

I went in to buy a USA scarf and the idiot at the counter called me dumb because he was a Mexico fan, are you kidding? Really unprofessional. I felt really uncomfortable and I won’t be going there again.

Horrible customer service, employees are young careless people who all they do is stare at TV or talk to each other. Store hours are ridiculous, they close at 7pm… when every other business in the area closes no earlier than 9pm, u wanna make a successful business, accommodate to people’s needs and stay open like every other business does, don’t close for lunches, you know how unprofessional that looks? Merchandise is ok, but if u wanna buy soccer apparel, don’t waste your money here. Go elsewhere or go online, seriously. Soccer Post was great, SoccerLoco is just that… LOCO! I’ve played soccer my whole life and I’ve worked retail and they seriously need to get educated on customer service and how to deal with customers. They need to learn the product, they need to greet customers, anything! C’mon guys, step it up! being the only soccer store in South San Diego should be extra motivation to go above and beyond, not settle cuz you think (key word, THINK!) everyone will come to you. I highly doubt this review makes a difference in how this business is ran, but hopefully it’ll make a difference as to where you shop.

A soccer boutique with good selection of soccer equipment. It may be the only store that carry the best soccer shoes selection which is great and their prices are up to par with internet retailers.
What gives them 4 stars is that they don’t carry MLS gear and Xolos gear.
Their customer service is awesome. Those guys there understand people’s budgets and they are knowledgable of the products they sell. I had gotten a few shoes to my daughter and being able to compare among high end and mid end shoes, ensuring we are getting what’s best it means a lot.
Yes some stuff maybe pricey, but that’s the market.

I was called by this store and told my online order, which by the way took FOREVER for them to ship to the store, was ready for pick up. Great… I’ll take off work a little early and pick up my daughters stuff on my way home, right? Not so fast! I showed up to the store to find a hand written sign on the door…“Gone to lunch, will return at 3PM”…Seriously?!! Already infuriated by this I decide to wait it out and get her stuff only to find that Soccerloco had only shipped a partial order because they were backordered on a simple pair of black Nike shorts… seriously? it’s that time of year where all the Soccer clubs in SD are forming up and you don’t have enough stock to cover them all? So now its been 2 months now and I finally received the shorts… but now its onto another issue with jerseys… a simple order of 2 jerseys with numbers. They of course only send 1 jersey with my order after almost a month of waiting and their excuse is «We’re very busy with all our orders, the other one will be here 1 – 2 weeks»…so…apparently this company is too stupid to know when their peak season is and how to prepare for it!

I’ve been to Soccer Fanatic twice in the last month. Once to buy a Mexico National Team Jersey for the Mexico game at Qualcomm. And the second time to buy Cleats & Shinguards for my Daughter since she was going to start playing Youth Soccer.
Both times that I went in I received Great Service. The day I went in to buy the Mexico Jersey it was the day of the game. Soccer Fanatic was really busy because people were looking for Mexico gear to buy for the game that night.
I had some luck in getting the new 2011 Mexico Jersey that just came out. It was one of the last one’s they had, and I was lucky to even get my size. The Clerk asked me If I wanted to put the numbers on both sides along with a players name/​or my name for an extra $ 20 dollars. That was a nice up sell. I opted for the # 14 J. Hernandez (Chicharito). The clerk told me that they had a guy in the back screen printing and that it would only take about 15 minutes. 10 minutes went by and he brought out my Jersey, Nice. That was quick, since I was on my Lunch Hour for work.
The next time I went in to buy my Daughters stuff. The Clerk was really quick & helpful. I ended up choosing some Adidas cleats, Adidas shorts, and some Nike Shinguards. When I was about to go to the register to pay, the clerk told me to go pick a Soccer Ball out. Since, they had a deal when you bought cleats and Shinguards you would receive a Soccer Ball for Free. What a Nice Deal.

Horrible service from a young lady named JASMI. However, our first contact upon entering the store was a young man who greeted us politely. He asked if we needed help and then promptly directed me to the items. When we arrived at the register, JASMI began to ring the items up. She made no eye contact. No greeting whatsoever, she didn’t try to encourage us to buy anything else and the store was having a 30% off sale! JASMI continued on with a conversation between her co-​workers about lunch. Upon closing out the sale, I stated to JASMI, «Have a nice day!» at which she promptly replied with an insincere, «Bye”— Incredible! Again no eye contact, no «Thank you for shopping with us». REALLY? Hopefully JASMI realizes that the store would benefit from her improved work ethic. Then again, she may not realize that she is doing any harm to the store sales.

I found a Cool soccer ball here that my friends love, for a cheap price, and on top of that they gave me free soccer tickets!!! I will definitely go back! Thanks soccer fanatic! Shoes could be a hit or miss, They had some special edition adidas cleats I never seen before in the mall or outlet on a Big Special price (cheap) but some others I saw were cheaper at the outlet.

I needed new boots badly, I did a little online research and went into Soccer Post. They did a good job helping me and fitting me for boots according to the type of play and style of play that fits me. I have gone back there several times for other equipment. The only complaint is that the store hours seemed a bit weird to me, but overall I was very happy with my experience.
