Sleep Train Mattress Centers

My husband & I wanted to upgrade from a queen to king. We started and ended our search at Sleep Train. Antionette listened to what we had in mind and what we’ve had before. She was never that ‘pushy salesman type,’ which my husband and I greatly appreciated. We fell in love with a Tempur-​Pedic mattress, but wanted to think about it due to it’s price. She printed out our wish list so we could take that home. I returned a week later to purchase it, as nothing else compared. Antionette was not there that day, but the saleswoman I worked with was also fantastic.
However, I was told my delivery window would be 12:30 — 5:30, so I made the appropriate accommodations at work. Then my window got moved up 15 minutes to starting at 12:15 the night before. THEN the day of, I get a phone call well over an hour before the delivery time saying they were on their way. They showed up at 11:40am, 35 minutes before my delivery window began. Luckily I was able to have my neighbor let them in because I could not get out of work with that last minute notice. What is the point of having a delivery window, if you’re not going to stick to it?

Wish I had gotten this woman’s name. She spent all of 10 minutes with my husband and I explaining why we would «never agree on a mattress» because he wanted firm and I wanted some cushion. She showed us only a handful of beds, all tempurpedic, and actually told us we should go to Sleep Number and get an adjustable bed. We went down the road to Ashley Furniture and found an amazing bed!

My fiancé and I came in to this location and got awesome service from Andy! He was honest and straight to the point. It was such an easy process. We are very happy with our purchase. Thanks Andy :)

My wife and I woke up this morning, (extremely uncomfortable) laying in our five year old Sleep Number bed. We decided to get up and check out Sleep Train and attempt to end our misery of sleeping on such a horrible mattress. We walked into Sleep Train and were welcomed by a warm smile from Nicole V.
She graciously tolerated my wife’s need to lay down and try out thirty different mattresses, (slight exaggeration but she did want to lay on every mattress in the store). Nicole is very knowledgeable on all of the different types of mattresses, support levels, etc. After narrowing down our options to the two we liked most, Nicole gave us time to talk it over and figure out what would work best for us. We loved the fact that she didn’t pressure us in anyway. She laughed and joked with us and made us feel very comfortable.
After deciding on the Evie Luxury Firm Pillow Top, Nicole gave us our financing options and walked us over to check out.
We were extremely pleased by the excellent customer service we received from Nicole and we are looking forward to our new mattress. I’ll update my review once we’ve slept in the mattress for a few weeks!

We just purchased our mattress set here and we couldn’t be happier! Candice spent well over 2 hours with us teaching us all there is to know about mattresses. She was patient, helpful, but never pushy! When the installers were at my
home the next day, they realized some pieces hadn’t been ordered, I called Candice and she deeply apologized, fixed the problem, and even sent us a nice gift! I totally recommend this place– and remember, we spend about ¹⁄₃ of our lives sleeping– good mattresses are a MUST and an important investment!

We had a very good experience at Sleep Train. John assisted us in selecting a mattress with much patience and good humor. He did all he could to get us the best price possible. We ended up shopping around a bit, found a better deal on the same mattress set at JCP, but came back to John and he not only matched the price but beat it by an additional %5. The delivery experience was excellent too. They called ahead to schedule the time frame, then called 30min before arriving within that time window.
I would highly recommend Sleep Train. Great customer service, great price.

I went in to check out and see if i wanted to buy a full size memory foam mattress. Walked in and it was nice and empty and quiet and Candice Cox came up and greeted me. Let me start off by saying she is an AMAZING sales rep and she is very patient and knowledgable. She took her time in helping me choose the right mattress by eliminating many choices from traditional springs to high end foam mattresses. We finily decided in a queen size tempurpedic, unfortunately i wasnt able to get it, but she still didnt give up on me. She helped me get a seally traditional with foam/​gel queen size. Im happy with my purchase and im very happy that Candice didnt pressure me nor haggle me in getting something i didnt want. I got the seally as an alternative till im able to pick up the big ol tempurpedic. I highly recommend this location and i highly recommend asking for Candice.

This past week my wife and I visited Sleep Train to pick out a mattress for our guest room. John greeted us immediately and was very helpful in picking out a mattress that best met our needs. He wasn’t pushy which was very refreshing as oftentimes mattress shopping can be like buying a used car. John was also not irked by our rambunctious toddler who thought the store was a giant playground. We will absolutely come back to this Sleep Train for any future mattress purchases and we would refer them to any of our friends and family.

When it comes to choosing a mattress it can be overwhelming to say the least. It also takes work to save money. After doing our research, it was clear that Sleep Train had the best policies — from matching any competitor’s price + beating it by 5% to providing their customers 100 days to return the products to no delivery or restocking fees. All such comforting reassurances.
However, working with Candice Cox at the Eastlake location helped us to make a confident decision in the end. She spent A LOT of time with us. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable. She literally helped us eliminate beds one by one before we made our choice. AND she made sure that we got the best price! Candice put forth the effort that any customer would want in working with a sales rep. If you have the luxury of choosing any Sleep Train location, you will want to go see Candice. She will make it worth your while.

Very helpful sales associates. I went in thinking I wanted a certain type of mattress but walked out with what would work best for me. So glad I listened and took their advice. Don’t buy from a department store again! John was my sales associate, highly recommend!

If u need a mattress or a bed GET IT HERE! Our salesperson Feras Jabro went over and beyond trying to help us find the perfect mattress and the right price. Very professional and courteous. Never felt pushed and you cannot beat their guarantee.

Needed a King Mattress for a one-​day delivery as I just moved into the neighborhood Chula Vista from Chicago. My sales rep was Candice, she was a great rep. took the time to allow me to try on several mattresses and kindly made suggestions on the products when it made sense. Very knowledgeable on the latest and greatest mattress technology from Tempur to Hybrids. I would recommend this location for their ability to deliver and great sales experience.

Bought a new bed and movable base from this location. The salesperson, Candice Cox, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. No sales pressure, she helped find the right bed. Same day delivery is awesome! I recommend this store.

I am doing this review on behalf of my friends Michael and Dena’s experience at this sleeptrain location. They do not have a Unilocal account but wanted people to know about their amazing experience was. Sleeptrain stood behind their product 100% from delivery to price guarantee. Michael and Dena were extreemly satisfied not only with their costomer service but their delivery service that was provided. They say mattress is the BEST mattress they have ever had and they are sleeping so much better! John the store manager and Terry the sales person both worked together to satisfy their needs. They definitely recommend this sleeptrain location to anyone!!!

We shopped at the Sleep Train Store at the East Lake/​Chula Vista location and ended up purchasing a Sealy Posture Peadic Hybrid (foam and spring) mattress. I love it so far!
The customer service experience at the store was excellent. The salesmen (John and Julio) were friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback was that the store botched up the delivery due date! But in their defense they let me know in advance and after I threatened to cancel my purchase they offered me a generous discount for the inconvenience. Stuff happens! Over all I’m very satisfied.

First started my mattress venture at Jerome’s and lets just say you won’t ever catch me back there again. I then Came to sleep train and they treated us very well. Terry took good care of us. Now I’m a King on my new King bed. I highly recommend coming here.

This place is a joke. Don’t mistake all sleep train stores the same. But this specific location is by far the worst store for customer service and value.
–The staff is very inexperienced and rude
–The price tag does not reflect what you pay
–You’re literally purchasing the bed in pieces rather than as tagged.
–The commercial advertises free delivery and as soon as you get to the store you’re told that the max radius is 5 miles. Lol WTF
–If you decide to walk out of the store without buying from them, they get rude and make you want to turn around and knock a tooth off the guy’s mouth.

Upon entering the smell of green tea mist calmed our pressure to buy a mattress. We were greeted by a friendy professional named Julio form tijuana mexico. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us ease our decision. Our experience was top notch and Julio went above and beyond.
