Scott Vinson Sr – Coldwell Banker Royal Realty

I’m reaching back a few years on his one but recently saw a mailer reminding me of Scott.
Scott was very helpful in helping us with various home and mortgage issues. At one point he even aided me with my rental (which he didn’t even help me purchase) out of sheer good will. Scott is extremely well versed with the South Bay market having raised his family here.
The best part about Scott is that nothing fazes him. He keeps a cool demeanor throughout the transaction which is important when you have stressed out clients with thousands of zany questions (I’m looking in the mirror on this one). He tries his best to keep all the stressful stuff on his plate not yours.
If you ever have real estate questions I do recommend seeing Scott.

Scott did an awesome job selling my grandmothers rental property. Tenant cooperation was extremely difficult and property was in disrepair. Yet Scott was able to find a buyer who agreed to the «as is» condition and take the tenant off our hands. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Scott’s professionalism, expertise, patience and compassionate heart. Thank you Scott for helping our family during this tough time.
