Very unprofessional staff, very young, my 82 year old father was asked by the intake person to take off shirt and she would be right back in with a gown, needless to stay it was more like 20 minutes, the room was very cold, the time was around 4:15 pm, seems like everyone was rushing to get out of there, the intake person never came in, I had to ask for a gown for my father, the young man working here was singing and banging his hands against the counter outside of my father’s room… alot of patients here are elderly, if it werent for them the business would not exist, please keep this in mind and treat your patients with more respect and compassion.

I have received nothing but great care from Dr. Navarro and her staff. Pain clinics are not fun places to have to schedule appointments. Dr. Navarro was very concerned about my condition and treating me. The medical staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with.

I have seen this woman several times… her staff members have been trained to NOT be smart(not to think for themselves) and she has, on many occasions, wasted my time. I only see her because it’s close to my home and it’s convenient. I try to go on my way to work, so I had scheduled some 8:00AM appointments(first appointment of the day — how could she be running late?). Well, on one occasion, she kept me waiting ONEHOUR(until 9:00AM). The excuse was, «she is in a meeting.» I asked«Does she realize she had a patient scheduled at 8:00?» The reply was«yes.» This simply states that she has no respect for anyone else’s time. I should have billed her for my time each time I was kept waiting(even for mid-day appointments, they were always running behind). Right now, I have a referral dated 8÷25÷15 to see her again for another pain issue, and although I have a referral number and printed copy from my insurance company of the authorization, they REFUSE to make me an appointment. I offered to fax it to them, but they refuse because they have not received THEIR copy of the authorization. My copy should suffice, as it will have the same authorization number on it. It makes NOSENSE. It’s time for me to find another pain specialist…

Came here with my son. They will not allow anyone back with patient. I think this is wrong. I would not recommend this to anyone.
