GREAT service and prices. I bought a dress for my daughter and the selections are amazing !!!

Always able to find nice dresses at decent prices. Though the check out process is rough (argue to honor the online coupon for all purchases only one dress but the coupon does not say that) Plus sizes are available. Watch what you are charged for as they take off the price tag before you are out the door. Luckily I am a patient customer.

I drove 1 hour here and what I experienced was an awful disappointment. Awful customer service. Asked for a size medium and they tossed a large in my face, thinking that I wouldn’t realize. The price is alright, but I would not pay a single cent for their poor quality dresses

I had a really bad experience at this place. Only reason I visited this store is because I am coming out on a wedding and the bride chose the bridesmaids dress from there. I tried on a size small, fit perfectly! I ordered it and when it arrived it didn’t fit (I haven’t gained any weight) and 3 other bridesmaids had the same problem. The owner accepted the manufacturer sends the wrong sizes sometimes but she couldn’t do anything about it. She offered to give me a bigger size but since it was too big I would’ve to pay $ 100 for alterations, plus $ 25 if I wanted steamed (dress was really wrinkled) the price of the dress was $ 75 So I would’ve ended up paying $ 200 for a 75dll dress. Poor quality of the fabric. Really not worth the money. Owner is very unprofessional. I ended up getting the bigger size since there was no solution. But the dress she offered was missing buttons. She asked me to step outside while they fixed it. Once I came back inside she was telling her husband in front of employees and other customers I was crazy because I asked her to at least give me a discount on alterations since it wasn’t really my fault they sent the wrong dress they don’t warn customers that situations like this could happen. Bride is not happy with their service.

Giving a star because I have no choice but ZERO stars for this place .
So this is what happened to me (a few minutes ago)
I’m getting married in 3 months .
I have 6 bridesmaids therefore were buying 6 dresses = $ 600 dollars all together .
We went and tried their size so we could order their dress .
The dress is at the store they go and pick it up the dress don’t fit .
The same size that they have Ordered to begin with .
So they to make alterations and they tell us that we have to pay another 75 dollars on top of the 95 that dress already is .
Not our fault but they don’t care .
They ordered they size for us and if it doesn’t fit it’s not their problem .
I am so disappointed. And will never come back .
I do not recommend you girls to go there because you will not leave happy. They just don’t care about you as a customer.

So glad I found this place. Was stressing over a nice gown for a Ball but didn’t want to spend too much because I never really ever wear gowns but this place has a huge variety and all sizes and it was $ 109 compared to 250 – 500 for most places and the women that helped me weren’t over whelming but we’re still very helpful where they gave me my space to look. Definitely recommend

So many dresses! There is a lot of variety and every color you can imagine! Dresses for every age range. They have a section for little girls and a section for moms and older women. A huge section for cocktail dresses and party dresses.
Great place to look for a prom dress! Also, staff is mostly Hispanic so they speak both English and Spanish.
Staff is also very helpful. They always ask if you need help putting your dress on or if you’d like to try a different size or style.

Worst service ever!!! Ordered a mother of the bride dress, made a down payment. Lady said will come in a less than a week, got a call more than a week later saying that they dont have it in that size. Well we need a dress in a RiGhT size (duh!). Then I asked for a refund, the Lady started making excuses. Blah. Blah. Suddenly dress is available again. In 2 weeks. No no in 3 weeks. Got into a big argument! I put an alarm at exactly 3 weeks (today)! No dress yet! Called her today, lady said Will come on monday, i told her «Are YOu SUrE??? Coz i will call back on monday for pick up! «
So we’ll see. Why cant they just say, they dont have it and give our money back! So much BS!!!

Bought a bridesmaid dress here. Was able to find a beautiful dress for $ 90! The dress was not perfect (it has some loose threads here and there), but no one could notice. Staff was friendly. Very happy I found this place! :)

This place has a wide selection to choose from. Seen some ok dresses nothing I fell in love with. Good place for last min gowns. Customer service on the other hand is bad. I walked around the entire store looking at dresses and never once approached by anyone so I left. Will I be back? If I’m ever desperate sure otherwise I’ll pass!

this store has the worst customer service ever. i showed the seamstress the color and how i wanted the bow on the back of the dress this was on march 6 i told her i needed the dress for a wedding on march 21 she told me the dress would not be ready until march 17 on the 18^th when i went to pick up the dress it was completely wrong she did not make the bow the right color in fact she didnt make a bow at all she simply gave me a red sash. i asked to speak to her and the store owner said she was not in and to come back the next day and get my money back today my boyfriend went to get the money back and the lady wouldn’t give it to her. told him i needed to go buy the fabric that i wanted and she will do it over… she messed it up why should i spend more money to buy the fabric she messed up when i already paid her for it the first time. then she tells me i should go to her house so she can do it cause shes not working when i get off. worst service ever will no ever come back to this dress store… rip off watch out!

I walked in here with my mother last weekend and wasn’t too thrilled about it.
Out of all the dresses they had, I only favored one and unfortunately the material wasn’t good quality. The prices are great if you’re on a budget, but I prefer quality over price any day. If you are more worried about budgeting, then you may want to stop by and take a look around. If you want dresses with good quality fabric, look elsewhere.
One of the girls that works here approached us and asked if we needed help, we told her that we were looking for bridesmaid dresses and that we do not have a specific date, we only are looking to get ideas. She then asks us again, when is the wedding? Again, we told her that it is still undecided. A third time she asked, at this point I was a bit frustrated. This part of our initial conversation was in english. She then starts to conversate with me in spanish, after I clearly have been speaking to her in english. Though this may not be a problem for some, it was irritating for me. If I am speaking to you in english and you are replying in english, i’d really appreciate it if you’d keep the conversation going in english. If we were in Mexico, than this would be entirely different. When I told her that I was not fluent in spanish, she gave me somewhat of a disgusted look. I understand this store is located in an area that has many hispanic people such as myself, but we are in the United States and not 100% of people whom are Mexican-​American speak fluent spanish. If you work here, please keep this in mind!

They have a selection of wedding gowns, flower girl dresses, prom dresses, quinceñera dresses, sweet 16 dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and overly revealing and/​or embellished «formal» dresses.
If you are on a budget, then I suggest checking this place out. If you are seeking quality for a wedding, I suggest you find a place that specializes in only Bridal gowns and dresses for the bridal party.

My daughter bought an engagement dress from Original Dresses at 651 Palomar St. in Chula Vista. The price was very reasonable and the service was awesome.
There were three ladies taking care of my daughter. They showed her many dresses and they gave her a high heel shoes because she was wearing her jeans and snickers when she went to buy the dress. The fitting room is large enough that the buyer doesn’t feel she needs to leave it as soon as possible.
The man on the cash was very friendly and he approved to hold the dress for a while.
My daughter’s wedding will be soon. We definitely are going to visit this store to rent the wedding dress because we found that they also rent wedding dresses and even some formal dresses.
I recommend this store for people who look for nice, elegant dresses and at the same time affordable ones with a lot of nice customer service.

Last week took my maid if honor here. We picked out three dresses that fit her body type. The first two were short & the last one a long blue dress, which she felt was more wedding attire. That convinced me and for under $ 100 even better. I printers out a voucher from website for $ 20 off. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. I might go back & get something for rehearsal dinner.

Very helpful in the fitting rooms. They have reasonable prices for semi-​formal-​formal dresses. A lot of dresses have glitter/​gem/​sparkles on them. They have some that are just plain/​silkly as well. They have a reward policy if you buy 4 dresses the fifth is half off, which can be accumulated over time. If you don’t want that deal, they can give you a 10% off discount from each item if you buy more dresses at once. One star is knocked off for return policy which I believe they don’t accept returns/​exchanges.

A lot of beautiful selections! The dresses are reasonably priced, especially for the look and quality of their dresses. Their customer service is also very good. I was very impressed with both their dresses’ quality and customer service.

Plus sized brides come here! I am a size 16 and after making appointments at several high end bridal shops and had no luck. They never had dresses over size 14, the consultants wouldn’t listen at all and then I’d be pressured to buy and order dress I had not been able to try on for hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars. I finally was just driving around trying to find any dress shop and I came across this store. Looking at it from the outside I wasn’t sure if they carried wedding dresses at all. However when I went inside there was a huge selection of wedding dresses.
Now this isn’t the type of store where you make an appointment, you get a personal dress consultant and then order a dress to be made for you. However after my experiences at the other stores I really didn’t want any of that. I just wanted a store with more than one dress to try on! Almost every wedding dress style they had they carried in sizes xs-​3xl and in a lot of them they also carried 4xl. I think I tried on a ton of wedding dresses as well as regular formal dresses that came in white and ivory. When I got down to my favorite 4 the seamstress came out to show me what she could do with the dresses. There was one dress I really liked except for a couple of details. The seamstress showed me how she could add on the straps I liked from another dress, she could tighten the back of the dress, tighten the bust, hem the bottom to make it the right length and I could pick out fabric from another store and have them make a belt out of it to cover some bead work I didn’t like. She said she could do all of that for only $ 42!
This store is prefect for a bride on a budget. The fabric is a little cheaper than the regular bridal shops but I’m only going to wear it once! I got a wedding dress in the same styles as the big bridal shops for $ 90. The other stores were asking $ 300+. Instead of ordering one to be made They sell you the ones off the rack to take home that day, but I think this is part of how they keep the prices down. The dress I ended up buying fits perfectly the way it is, but they told me if I keep the receipt I can bring it back closer to the wedding and still get the discount on alterations for buying the dress there. I will definitely be coming back here with my bridesmaids! They carry dresses for all occasions so I think this will be my first stop from now on for any special occasion.

I have been coming here for over two years now. I never leave empty-​handed. One of the clerks there, Karla, is amazing! She is always so helpful and finds me the best dresses. She is also very comfortable to work with. I go here to buy dresses for engagement parties and weddings. They bring the dresses from LA, so you don’t have to make the drive or wade through the Garment District. It’s owned by a husband and wife, also both very friendly. Local business, you really can’t go wrong. Some of the quality isn’t the greatest (don’t come here if you are looking to spend more than $ 300 for a dress). I come out of here with great, solid pieces in the $ 100 to $ 150 dollar range. If you are a plus size gal, this place is also great because they carry larger sizes (not in all the styles though).Their selection changes, so you have to come here often.

This place is great place to find beautiful and affordable dresses for any occasion! I I found a dress that was half the price I saw at another store! Love this place!
