Called «El Peleador,» or «The Fighter», David Gutierrez has a widely known track record in the San Diego and Southern California legal communities for battling for his clients’ rights in a broad variety of personal injury matters.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, San Diego and his law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. Throughout law school Mr. Gutierrez interned at the Alameda District Attorney’s office. This experience provided him the distinct benefit in negotiating with local attorneys. He was also a regional director for a nationwide medical review company where he analyzed personal injury cases.

Prior to studying law, Mr. Gutierrez was a Silver Medalist in Boxing at the 1984 U.S. Olympic Trials and later on an undefeated professional boxer. Today, he integrates his love for boxing with his law practice in the San Diego area.
