I have been in the Real Estate business since 1999. I started as an office manager in a real estate office, I realized that I could be a real estate agent and have a flare for it. I took the classes and received my Real Estate License. That was in Las Vegas, NV. I sold new homes and I started with residential property management in Colorado Springs, CO between 2001 and 2006, at the end of 2006 I moved back to California and received my California DRE license and also have take CE classes in Property Management. I enjoy being a real estate agent and a property manager. I love the houses and finding homes for people.

I interviewed many property managers and Kelly was my final choice. Kelly is an outstanding property manager and you will not be disappointed!!!
I trusted Kelly with my house (as i’m a first time landlord), not only did she take the EXTRA time to get to know exactly what my concerns were; she took the time to explain to me all of the procedures and the complete process start to finish. She really made me feel secure in my decision to rent, AND to rent with her.
She is very efficient and understands that the landlord cannot always be bothered with small things. She is great at making decisions on the spot and returning calls.
The house went on the rental market in May 2014 and by June 2014 she had found a well qualified tenant! The final thing I appreciated about Kelly is that she takes time to make sure she is showing the property to well qualified individuals and will only place a tenant she feels will suit the needs of YOU as the landlord.
