Kali Real Estate brand was created in February of 2012 after a change in name from Allstar Mortgage & Real Estate. The owner and Broker of the company is been in business since 2006 offering sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants the best customer service in all San Diego.

Graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Monterrey Institute of Technology in Monterrey, Mexico. In 2006 initiated the company Allstar Mortgage & Real Estate after obtaining a sales person license in the state of California. In April of 2012 after obtaining a Brokers license started a new company Kali Real Estate and Kali Property Management.

Dario has been managing my multi-​family rental unit for three years now, and he is the absolute best! He responds immediately to any issues or questions that I have, and I have complete confidence that he can and will handle anything that needs to be dealt with on the property very quickly. The great thing is that I know that he treats with my tenants in the same courteous and respectful way that he treats me. Highly recommended!

Interesting how you are able to respond to my Unilocal!Review, but were unable to contact be directly by phone to let me know the property was rented. I definitely had money in hand and was ready to rent. My family was actually the second family to view the rental. I stick by my initial review.

Going on year number five with Kali Real Estate managing my San Diego property. Professional and timely communication on all fronts. Finding good property management can be a challenge, but if you are reading this Unilocal review then your search is over. I just hope that with Kali Real Estate’s continued success and growth they are able to maintain the same level of customer service that I’ve enjoyed for several years. If I had a 100 properties in San Diego, they would all be managed by Kali Real Estate.

His follow up is beyond your wildest expectations. He is one of those rare people that say what they mean and do what they say… We are more then satisfied with all of Dario’s methods and work ethic. I am the BIGGEST researcher ever! With that being said, after lots of research I came across Dario’s profile. His reviews are exactly to the point! I was very picky in choosing someone who would be the property manager for our home. Our home is newly upgraded and we are so attached. However, we had to relocate due to my husbands upcoming deployment. We luckily, made the right choice. In good time, we were able to rent our home out at a great price. Dario found a great, trustworthy couple to take care of our home while we are away!
Dario takes care of EVERYTHING! Every month the statements and deposits are on time. If there is any problem, Dario takes care of it. If anything is of a concern, he will send a text to get an approval. If your hesitant, give him a call and at least arrange a one on one meeting. We’d like to express our sincere appreciation to Dario for his exceptional work assisting us in our new home purchase.
As first time home buyers, we were quickly overwhelmed with the amount of information required to be learned for making life changing decisions under a limited timeline. Nevertheless, Dario truly listed to our needs and helped us stay focused and patient through the whole home buying process.
In retrospect, Dario first guided us thru the loan application process and different financial options available. Once we had the loan pre approval, Dario showed us various areas of San Diego within our budget/​needs and let my wife and I come to our own conclusions of what was in our best interest. After a couple of rejected offers in the area we selected (Chula Vista), we ended up buying a new home in Otay Ranch. While I understand that some real estate agents may be less motivated to assist after signing the purchase agreement, Dario was always available and even helped us deal with certain unexpected builder’s delays and told us what common first time home buyer mistakes to avoid after signing the purchasing agreement.
In summary, we are very happy with our home and thank Dario for making this journey much easier.
