Store hours say closing is at «1:30am» but they won’t serve you at 1:25am. I was greeted with a «we’re closed»

I mean… What is there to say about In-N-Out Burger? This location, like many is very busy. It is not unusual to see a long line of cars snaking around the parking lot in hopes of acquiring a double-double. There is often no tables open inside and a line out the door. Despite this, service is fast, cleanliness is a priority, quality is key over quantity. How does one critique a legendary burger joint? You don’t.

Service is great, place is clean and staff are nice and pretty fast. However it’s always usually really packed at any time of the day any day, but that doesn’t take away from the quality of the food and the cleanliness. 5 stars for this in and out.

I was extremely disappointed yesterday that this place does not do all the secret menu. I asked for the monkeys style on my burger and I was told that they don’t do it. It’s really difficult for me to understand since in n out is not a franchise and they are owned by the same people meaning each and every place have the same exact rules. I expect that and for them to tell me it can’t be done when other in n out I’ve been to have done it. It truly bothers me… Can in n out release a map where you can’t ask for a secret menu that way if I go to one I would at least expect not to be disappointed.

Pure Southern California legendary Experience. Always a line, Always clean bathrooms. Great kids work there and the burgers and fries are the best for the price.

Always great good service when I come to this store. The workers enjoy their job and are very pleasant as well. I had the pleasure of having Crystal as my outside order taker and very bubbly individual ensuring my order was exactly what I ordered and she did it with a smile:) Not sure how In n Out does it but I have yet to encounter a rude employee. Btw…enjoy the burgers my go to burger spot when I need a fix.

In & out serves some good burgers. Their food and its ingredients are consistently fresh. The fries are a bit less crispy and have a different texture than other fast food restaurants. Buts bc it’s very natural and the potatoes are cut on location. Their milkshakes are thick and creamy. Their menu is basic. Hamburgers w/wo cheese. And fries. But of course you can get creative. Their patties are a bit on the thin side, so you may consider a «double double»(2 patties) I’ve experienced very good customer service at this location, with the girls behind the counter being friendly and with a good attitude. Like other locations, this spot can get busy, especially in the evenings and late night. But probably not as busy as locations… And during the day, it’s not too busy at all. Food is served and prepared quick. Tables inside and a few outside.

As always, this place was packed even on a weekday night, so we decided to just try our luck with the drive thru. We were lucky enough to have Adriana help us out. We had the most difficult order, whilst wanting it to be split in 3 different checks at the last minute. She had so much patience for us and did it all with a smile on her face. I genuinely appreciate her wonderful customer service! Shout out to Adriana!!! Thanks again!

Okay so the food was good, but customer service was lacking. Not overall I guess just for me. Because I order a number one with animal style fries, and after bringing the mistake to the employees attention they seem to think I was trying to take advantage of them being busy. So they checked my receipt and stated they would bring me the animal style fries momentarily, and apologized for the inconvenience. After waiting well over 30 minutes I asked what happened to my order of fries and the employee stated they had already given them to me. Incorrect I definitely over it and wasted over half an hour for food I bought and she gave my order to someone else then gave me attitude like I messed up. All I know is if I do go back to in and out again it won’t be to sit down, it will be via drive thru so I won’t waste anymore time like that again.

Like any other in-and-out location it can get pretty busy. The staff in this location were very nice and were happy to help. We were trying to seat at a table that some people had just left and the table was a complete mess with ketchup all over the table. But one of the staff members saw it and came to clean it right away. Some people leave a mess at their table but the employees try their best to keep this location clean most of the time. The food as always was delicious and there was no complain on that part of the business.

I usually get the cheeseburger with grilled onions. The sweetness of the caramelized onions and melted cheese just does it for me every time. Fresh baked buns, crisp veggies, and a juicy beef patty is really drool worthy and the best deal in town!

In n out is such a guilty pleasure of mine. I like to order my burger with a mustard grilled patty and grilled onions, it adds a flavor boost. The menu items here make the ideal meals for cheat days!

Just moved to the area last week, so I’ve never been to an In & Out before. Everyone I know who’s lived on the West Coast said the hubs and I HAD to go here. So we did. Not really sure what all the hype is over. I found the burgers to be thin and dry. I suppose you have to get a double double just to get enough meat for the bun. I usually love shoestring fries, but some of them were undercooked and others were mushy. The shakes were good, but it’s not terribly difficult to make a decent shake. On the plus side, service was really pleasant. Overall, I was unimpressed. I don’t frequent fast food, so I’m not sure if we’ll go back.

When I’m in the mood for a fast food burger fix this is the only place I will go to. The employees are always super friendly and my burger is always made the way I ordered it. They have never once made my burger wrong. The heck with all the other fast food burgers. In-N-Out ROCKS!!! Today I went in and I didn’t even have to tell Shannon who was working the register what I wanted. She remembered the last time she took my order which was 2 or 3 weeks ago. Double double, pickles lettuce and tomatoes only, fries and large ice tea. $ 7.56 Awesome job Shannon!

So for my 900th review, I decided it had to be In-N-Out. To me, it’s one of the iconic things about Southern California and the love(or hate) for this burger place binds people together from all over. Look at anyone’s check-in and/or instagram and it causes many friends to reminisce about the burgers, or else hope to try one of these burgers in the future. But does the burger hold up to the hype? To me it does. I love that it’s made to order. I love that the lettuce is always so crispy fresh and the tomatoes ripe red. I love that In N Out might have started a trend of the secret, not so secret, menu. I love animal style; complements the burger, adds to the juicy. So anyway, this location is busy, but not as busy as I’ve noted other locations in San Diego. It’s clean and well-kept and all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. You can get a burger«cut», so it comes out cut in half, perfect for little hands. And my son loved his first In N Out Cheeseburger and Neapolitan shake. My nephew likes the grilled cheese(not so secret menu). In N Out is always a must-do when we visit our SoCal family!

Worst experience at an In n out EVER! The drive thru lost my order and started handing me several orders! Carlos was a complete asshole, «he took the shake and it wasn’t even theirs». What is so DIFFICULT about a number one with a Neapolitan shake and a cheeseburger? I was left in at the drive thru window for 20 minutes!!! I have never seen such horrible and lengthy service at any In n Out. Ridiculous, these kids need to be taught respect and manners!

Came here for an early lunch. We order double doubles with cooked onions and cheese with French fries and a drink. I drank a light lemonade. Unlimited refills on drinks which is plus for me cause I always need to hydrate. My daughter and I grab a table while my husband waits for our burgers. He brings them over and I take photos of our delicious food. You can never go wrong with hamburgers. My daughter hardly touched her meat. I am beginning to think she’s a vegetarian. LOL! She did enjoy her French fries. I was so hungry. I literally scarfed down my burger. The cheese was melted on top of the burger which is how I like it. It also had lettuce, tomato and a few pickles. Delicious! The French fries were cooked to perfection. There was plenty of seating but it started to get crowded around noon. We got there a little after 11 am. There is plenty of parking in front. I love how the guys in the back cooking your burger are so enthusiastic and super friendly. There was one employee walking around making sure the tables were clean. He was also checking the soda fountain to make sure it was clean. I love coming here for great burgers!

Who can ever say no to a Double Double?! And if you’re really hungry maybe that 4×4 is THE stuff for you! I’ve heard many complaints about their french fries, let’s be real their food is NEVER frozen so that makes their food 1000x better yo. All you need to do is add some in n out spread for the fries and spread the love on those babies and you have the best fries you’ve ever had with that double double. Minus one star because the obvious; it’s always busy in the Diner AND then drive-thru. We try not to be fatties but In-N-Out is where it’s at. Cheap and delicious burgers that don’t hurt your wallet and satisfy that tummy!

The burgers from here are pretty good compared to other fast food burger joints. I’d rather come here than Wendys or McDonald’s for a burger. I wouldn’t come here for a gourmet burger though. I advise getting the double double if you’re craving that meat flavor because the patty size is a little small. One of the upsides are their fries which are cut from real potatoes and real potatoes over frozen fries are always a plus. Service is pretty fast even on busy days. It’s located inside a mini shopping plaza so there’s always parking to be found. There’s also plenty of indoor seating. As for drive thru, the line always seems to go out of the actual thing so I’ve never driven thru to order here. If you’re looking for a quick burger fix and(like me) dislike McDonalds and fast for restaurants like that, stop by here and give it a try!

You can always rely on In-N-Out for providing a good burger. I stopped in for lunch and ordered the double double with cheese and all the fixings and a regular size Neapolitan milkshake( ). The burger was great The patties had a nice char on the outside were moist on the inside( ). They put a nice amount of fresh cut lettuce, sliced onions, and a thick slice of tomato( ). The double double tasted great, especially the beef patty with the Thousand Island sauce. The Neapolitan milkshake was very good. It was thick, but mixed and smooth enough to suck it up with a straw, not to mention great in flavor with the vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate( ). It was a little busy, being lunch time, and I did have to wait a bit for my food, but it arrived at the counter piping hot and the milkshake was made right as I picked up my burger. Service was friendly and lovely at the counter.
