I will start by saying that I know Nothing about games. I use my PS3 console for Netflix and that is the only function I can manage. So when the remote control started acting up I went to them and they were very helpful in determining what was wrong.
The 5 stars go to JOJO and her staff! She was very professional and super friendly. She not only fixed my issue, she took the time to take out a console tested different remotes in front of me and gave me the best customer service ever! She also told me that If things still didn’t work, I could bring the system down and she can take a look to see what’s wrong. This to me goes above and beyond just selling you stuff.

One of the best customer service experience ever! Brenda helped us with a purchase of a new game console and was very informative! She helped us figure out the best deal, customized for us.
