One of my coworkers had a baby boy and I wasn’t sure if they would still be in the hospital the next day for delivery so I called the shop. Little did I know the shop closed 30 minutes ago, the lady that answered was extremely polite and helpful. She took my order and said they would even deliver it today!
Not only did she help me after hours, she texted me a picture of the beautiful bouquet once it was ready.

I needed flowers delivered same night and it was past 3pm. I made an order online and they showed up at my friends house before 6pm. I even got a text message with a picture of the arrangement! Excellent service. Will use again!

Great experience. I live in New York. My girlfriend is currently stationed in San Diego. They were able to deliver the same day without a problem. Beautiful arrangements at great prices. Can’t beat that. Appreciate the love i got in return, trust me.

Awesome arrangement. Delivered within 3 hours of my order. Only problem was, my order (and my order confirmation) were for them to be delivered 2 days from now. While not late, nor a dissatisfying arrangement, it kind of killed the surprise of the whole thing.

Adriana at Floral Connection is amazing. Her customer service is nothing short of perfect. I called to order our co worker an arrangement for her Moms service. Adriana walked me through the process and was so helpful. Highly recommend using this florist.

Called and spoke to Adriana who was great and extremely professional. The bouquet I ordered my my wife’s birthday were exceptional. I have purchased flowers before from the national stores but nothing has come close to these flowers. Great product and great on time service

Went in today to and got greeted by Adrianna. Felt welcomed and she was really friendly. Went in for a wedding bouquet and she took me to see different flowers in her refrigerator and I got different ideas. She also showed me a book and she told me the different options in ribbons. Wow didn’t know so much went into a bouquet. But nice too see she knew was she was talking about. Because I didn’t have no idea it took so much details for it. First time going there and wow I got a nice impression! Can’t wait for the day that I pick it up. To see what the different flowers will look combined finish product! My order was light pink roses with hydrangeas, lilies, and some pink little flowers don’t remember the name. Will be posting a picture of my bouquet soon when I pick up and tell you how my pick up was. But nice first impression! Close to home too awesome!

The ladies who work here are so friendly and down to earth. I stopped by for a birthday gift for my mom and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I will definitely visit again!

I know its a bit late but I wanted to provide an update because the owner did contact me and did offer to refund the cost of the corsage (I would have had to call and provide my CC number again so I didn’t take her up on the offer) and my grandmother enjoyed the actual arrangement very much and was very happy with it.

Wow! If I could give more stars I sure would. I needed balloons, of course it was last minute, found FC on line and Adriana hooked me up!!! Saved the day and my title as the best Auntie. LOL You guys are awesome and will do business with you again.

Adriana and Lupita did all the flower arrangements for my wedding day and they were absolutely amazing! They matched my wedding colors perfectly and the flower baskets for the ceremony were beautiful! They worked well as a team to make our wedding day perfect. I highly recommend floral connection.

Floral Connection did my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids as well. Adriana and Lupita did an AMAZING job. I almost cried when I saw how perfect it was! They listened to everything I asked for and it looked like something out of a bridal magazine. I would completely recommend their service to my family and friends.

Last minute gunshot wedding, I was in charge of the brides bouquet (gulp!). Went this past Thursday and frantically came in a panic. Met Adriana and told her my sob story about needing a wedding bouquet on Mothers Day 4 days later. Wow you tell me if they got it right!!! Love this place!!!

I have been to several flower shops in the past & I had a friend recommend «Floral Connection». I was pleasantly surprised by their service, recommendations & expertise. I always try to support small business owners. The owner (Lupita) is very knowledgeable and nice. They delivered a gorgeous arrangement to my wife’s place of business. She was so very happy with it. YES we will recommend this flower shop to other people

Most florists in town just slap some flowers together and call it an «arrangement» but floral connection has a variety of artistic and high quality arrangements at reasonable prices, I highly recommend Floral Connection

I ordered a bouquet from Flower Island for Dia De Las Madres (the Latin Mother’s Day), just a few blocks north from this place, and was extremely dissapointed with my supposed purchase. I demanded a full refund and drove down to Manuel Chavez Flowers (aka Floral Connection).
I was soooo happy to find amazing arrangements for reasonable prices. I found a gorgeous array of arrangements, all equally beautiful using different materials and flowers, and for the same price — some were even less! — as the sorry excuse of a bouquet from the other place. I picked it up; I didn’t have it delivered so I can’t comment on that, but definitely made my mom and me happy!

My mother needed a floral bouquet for her wedding ceremony and was recommended Manuel Chavez Flowers.
We both visited the business and met with a woman named Christina. We were asked what we were looking for and we asked for a small-​sized bouquet and corsage for the groom.
We specifically requested that the bouquet be a small one because we thought a huge traditional bouquet would be too big and garish for a civil marriage ceremony and my mom is a petite woman. We were told it could be done and then were asked to choose a bouquet style from a book of samples and what type of flowers and colors we wanted. After some thought, we chose champagne-​colored roses, lavender lilacs and white lilies surrounded by leatherleaf. We were told it would be ready for pick-​up on Friday, one day before the event.
We went to pick up the flowers on Friday and they had not even been started on. The excuse was that they didn’t think she would arrive so early (2PM) and were waiting until later in the day to start the arrangements.
Upset, we reminded the lady that we needed them for the next day’s event and we made a business deal that specified that they would be ready for pick-​up on Friday. The lady said she could have them ready in an hour if we wait. We had other event-​related plans to attend to and could not wait around. She said she would have them ready by the end of the day and we could pick them up before closing time. We asked when they closed and she responded, «about 6:30.» We demanded to know the exact closing time and not an «about» time.
When we finally picked them up about 2 hours later, we were very disappointed by the size of the bouquet and the use what looked like branches with tiny balls on them that look like they came from the bushes you can find all over the city as accents. We ere told they were Eucalyptus leaves. They made the bouquet look way too thick and were not nice-​looking.
We voiced our disappointment and asked to have the eucalyptus removed. Only the leaves where removed and not the branches. The lady became defensive and she told us she had given us a low price — $ 50.00.
The only positive thing about this experience was that the flowers they have are very beautiful. The roses, lilies and lilacs were perfect. The communication, regard for other people’s time and service professionalism were not very good. You can also find florists in the area that charge a little less.
Amazing flowers or not, we won’t be visiting this business again in the future. It was just added stress and worry to an already stressful checklist of things to prepare for.
