Express

So today May 13 at 10:50 am I stopped at Express store… I like shopping at the one in plaza bonita but since I came to Chula Vista might as well buy here but the two girls working at this time made me feel uncomfortable. When I came in the girl with brown hair she greeted and offered if she can help me to look for something. But I declined. She didn’t even gave me 2 minutes to browse when she came back again and saw one shirt in my hand and said in a rude way «want me to take these at the front», I said «I’m still browsing» she literally rolled her eyes at me. I was the only one there. She walked away. After that the blonde hair girl kept looking at me like if she was looking what I had in my hands… they literally made me feel bad like if i was going to steal something… after that I didn’t even bother trying on the shirts even if my boyfriend insisted to try them on. I didn’t even bother them for help because the way they made me feel. I’ve done customer service for 5 years and if a customer told me I’m browsing I will give them time not go after 2 minutes and follow up in a weird way… And by the way they lost a great sale because I tend to buy at Express $ 150 or more. So disappointed.

The staff here is super friendly and helpful, though always a little bit too busy. The clothes here are very expensive, but there’s usually a sale, so it’s not too bad if you only go fr the sale stuff. The clothes are really nice though, and very figure-​flattering. Their jeans fit me well and their editor pants make your butt look great. They also have a lot of versatile, classy dresses.

They always have some sort of sale going on. Staff is attentive and friendly.

I LOVE express, but the manager here was a Bitch for just simply asking a for an application. I wouldn’t want to work here with her!

I had never gone to a MALE express store, wow ! there’s lot of stuff to look at. I would definitely come back any time i need a nice shirt, tie or any accessory. i was greeted after being in the store for 8 minutes wich seems kinda weird being that they werent that crowded (5 customer tops).
