The room was dirty. It Didn’t have trash bins, it was missing handles on the draws and there were several cockroaches. I called the front desk to complain and they said that they didn’t have anymore trashes bins and that they have got complains about the cockroaches before. But they did not offer to change my room or even apologize. I will never stay here or any Days Inn hotel again and I will make sure everybody knows what a bad experience I had.

Ditto on feedback relative to «star level.» Should have been zero and our error in booking via AARP/Expedia prior to really doing our research. Not sure what decent reviews my husband thought he read. On the whole everything was absolutely horrible, EXCEPT for the daytime front desk person. Even her enthusiasm and positive energy was not enough to mask the major flaws with this inn. It appears that with all of the negative feedback the owners might actually try to make some improvements. Seems doubtful that will happen. A big screen TV mounted on a wall in your bedroom isn’t enough of a bandaid. For the price point and value… sleeping in our car would have been a better option. And we are stuck for 3 nights because we prepaid. Never again.

I agree with other reviewers. It does not deserve one star. This place is not nice. The furniture looks like it was picked up from a dump. There were all the fixings for coffee but no coffee maker on the room. Worst of all, they advertise WiFi, but it was«not working». I have stayed at nice Days Inn hotels but this is not one of them! UPDATE: I just got double-charged by them on my credit card! This is definitely not acceptable!

At first this hotel was alright. It was very dirty, trashy grounds. Our room was clean, although there were stained towels, and sheets. We booked the room on , when we got there a little early I asked if a room was available to check in early, everything seemed to go fine. The next day however, two housekeeping people asked if we were checking out then one told me i had to go down to the front desk. The man at the desk, who i think was the guy that checked me in, told me I had to leave or book another night because apparently he only charged me for one night. He made it seem like I’m just a dumb customer when it was really his mistake. So my option was to check out or move rooms. I was annoyed. So we moved rooms. At some point during our stay there was a couple gangsters outside yelling towards our room«fuck westside» and saying something about southside(i don’t speak gangster.) I was a little nervous. Also the headboards make a lot of noise. lol if you’re courteous to your neighbor put a pillow in between the wall and board ! some people didn’t care i guess because the noise of the headboard kept me awake ! Next time I’d rather pay the extra money for a nicer stay. O yea and the wifi sucked.

Giving one star to this hotel is too much. This is the worse of the worse, don’t waste your money and time. Hotel had cockroach egg, sheets had holes in them, the comforter was ripped and filthy. My husband Found a hair on the bed when he went to open the sheets. Pillows were not pillows, my couch decorative pillows were bigger than that(what a joke), room smelled awful like old and muggy. Definitely they don’t do any maintenance in the property, the property grounds were dirty, you can tell that they don’t do any maintenance on it. We were sold through expedia a night stay with breakfast included and the guy in the morning said«sorry we don’t have the food»…what… Anyhow, this place is horrible. A homeless’s home under a brigde is cleaner than this. I’m reporting it to the health department as well, as I developed asthma in that room and two days later still there. I haven’t had asthma since my pregnancy in 2005. This hotel should be shut down. The price that I paid through expedia was too high for this type of room, the charge they charge me at hotel was still too high… what are they thinking?. They need a reality check.

In our process of moving to San Diego we ended up staying for the week here. Through Priceline express deals we got a decent price(about 42 $) per night(cheapest in the area). For those who don’t know priceline yet, you pay on forehand a price for a certain star-area hotel, and they reveal the price after you payed and reserved. It said this hotel had internet, which was not working at all. So you’re sleeping pretty much in a cage isolated from the world wide web. You get what you pay for here. It has all the basic needs but very humid. Unfortunately, noise has been a great issue here since this property located almost next to a stripclub…(you fill in the dots) All the workers who are there most of the time seem to lack any aspect of customer service. I would recommend this hotel only if you wish to stay for an hour if you know what I mean…
