And now the shoe has fallen apart. First the resoled shoe was not properly adhered, and now the shoe has fallen apart. Please avoid this shoe repairer if you want your shoe to last longer.

I went in to get a back pack repaired, it was ripping at the seams. I bought that pack in 2007 and has been through a lot of abuse. I didn’t want to just throw it away and buy a new one because it wasn’t holey everywhere, it was just ripping cleanly along the seams of a section.
There was a one day turn around time and the price to strengthen the seams was a good price. When I first got there, the young man who worked there told me his mom was the one does the sewing and she wasn’t there. He promised he would call me once his mom returned and would tell me if it was repairable and also the price. I left my pack there and the young man kept his word. He told me the price and said it would be ready the next day.
This place is very professional and I will do business with them again. My pack was good as new. It’s ready to take another 7 years of abuse. Oh, they also do clothing alterations too. They do it all!

I Brought in a pair of shoes that I use for work, they were in need new soles and heels. The owner’s wife, Gabriela, was extremely nice and friendly. I dropped off the shoes and they were ready in a couple of days. I give this place 5 out of 5 stars and recompensed this to everyone

Best place! Practically can restore any shoes. My shoes took a beating in TJ, but Daniel’s left them looking like NEW!

Angel was very accommodating to what I came to for. He had many customers come in during the hour that I was there and it seemed like all his customers were pleased to do business with him. I would definitely come back here again!

I brought in a pair of boots my wife bought in Italy a while back. They were in need of a cleaning, new insoles and the bottoms needed work as they no longer had grip. I dropped them off, paid $ 20 as a deposit and returned 3 days later for pick up. The shoe cleaning job was average. The insoles were average and he only put grip on the heel, not the entire bottom or the tip. I kind I had a a feeling it was going to go this way when I dropped the boots off, but I gave him a try anyhow. $ 35.75 later and they look okay. Not great mind you, but okay. A solid 3 star job. The owner is nice, but doesn’t say much. I think that is because of the language barrier.

Decided to drop by this place cuz its close by. I am so glad that i did because they had great service! Needed to fix my favorite pair of heels for Vegas. I asked him how long it would take and he said to hold on. He was super nice & fixed them right away. Took him about 10 minutes. He also cleaned them for me. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs. Prices are pretty decent too! :)

I brought in my sandals so that the buckle could be fixed. I didn’t have cash and although they do take credit cards, there’s a 75 cent charge. So, I had to go next door to Vons, buy something, and get cash. However, when I went back to the shoe store, Daniel (or whatever the guy behind the counter’s name is) already fixed them! Nice and quick! Yay!

«These Boots Are Made For Walking» describe my FAVorite pair of boots that I brought to Daniel to be repaired. New soles, new heels… It might have just been easier to buy a new pair of hot boots… but I couldn’t part with them! Daniel saved them! He resoled, re-​heeled and polished those babies… and all for $ 10! He did a great job, you would never know that they went under the knife.
I would recommend this shoe repair shop and am happily continue to support his business!

I actually decided to go to this store based on reviews on Unilocal and was not disappointed. I needed new soles on a pair of boots and another pair had a gouge that they fixed to look good again! He was hesitant to fix it but did and they came out great. My 10+ year old boots look great again!

I brought my favorite cognac wedge boots here for a little TLC since they were starting to look really scuffed and needed a new heel. When I went there on Wednesday, I asked if I can pick them up on Friday, he said no problem.
I went there yesterday and they looked brand spankin’ new and all for a measly $ 13 dollars! On my drive home I kept looking down at them on the passenger seat, I was very impressed with how great of a job he did and will be happy to wear new looking boots on my upcoming trip! =)

Dropped off 3 pairs of boots that needed their heels replaced. Prices ranged from $ 6 to $ 9 a pair, the total being $ 22. I picked them up two days later and they were fine, although looking at them now I wish I could’ve specified what color my heel replacements are. I think they are all black (can’t remember off the top of my head) and my boots were cream, taupe and grey. I don’t know if they or other cobblers offer different colors in heel replacements, but next time I will definitely ask.

Local business. The workmanship is great. Just changed owners so prices are a bit higher but still lower than anyone else around, but now you have to pay up front. I needed tips and heels for some pumps and got a quote for $ 13.00 but I did not have my wallet so I left.
I checked out a cobbler on Bonita Road following a Unilocaler’s review. The man there quoted me $ 22.00 for the same job so I left. That weekend I was up in La Jolla and since I still had the shoes in the car I took them to the cobbler right off Girard on the little alley. I got a quote for $ 20.00 so I did not leave my shoes there, but the man did put some extra holes on a belt for me for free.
I ended up taking my shoes back to Daniel’s Shoe Repair, paid $ 13.00 and picked the shoes up the following day. Shoes are perfect.
