History
Established in 2010.
Coop’s started out of my backyard and kitchen. After spending some time back home in Midland, TX I rediscovered Texas BBQ done my father’s way and things haven’t been the same since. I devoted a lot of time and money to perfect the art of smoking and tenderizing meat especially brisket which is a Texas staple. Once I felt like I had it down I wanted to share it with all my friends, family, and co-workers. And now I’m inviting San Diego County and the rest of the world come and taste what changed my life. TEXAS BBQ done my father’s way.
