Chase Bank

The National City BLVD Chase is atrocious. They have only 1 – 2 tellers open at all times and you might be lucky to see 3 but the third one is all the way around the other side of the bank and the whole middle windows are all completely blocked so you can’t see if the next customer is done so you can walk over there. To make it worse some people just sit down close to there and just wait like vultures until they can sneak in and get helped. So the 15 poor schmucks still in line get screwed over. They also try to get you to use and promote to you the 3 Giant machines in the middle of the bank. It’s really too bad and a shame. The only plus is once I finally broke down and used it out of frustration i was able to deposit my check and cash which was pretty quick. No hassle, no fuss. So there is a plus. But other than that. Still don’t like how busy it is. Drive thru Atm’s are sometimes busy and they have an a couple walk up ATM’s.

Their drive thru atm is always packed or the ATM is broken. Only reason why I come here for is the drive thru ATM and I have to go through all of that.

Been coming to this branch for a little while since they just opened. EVERY time I walk into this place I get greeted by big smiles and feel very welcomed.
Also, they don’t try to make me open another account as they always did at Wells, it got so annoying that I opened a new account with Chase and up to now very happy with the service and people @ the Bonita Point branch. Hope they keedp the good work for years to come!

It’s closer to home, but its further from being great service. I prefer going down to Bonita Road location, better service, more real smiles. Maybe because its still new? I’ll be sure to update if anything changes but overall… I still miss WaMu

Located at the former Boston Market is another Chase Bank. The drive thru bones still remains in the structure and now they also have taking over the kiosk walk up ATM that’s located in front of the Realty office.
My quick visit inside the empty branch was good. Teller was friendly and asked how I wanted my cash. She transferred from another branch, so I’m glad that they have some experienced employees behind the bullet proof glass.
Here’s the story of the big fish eating the little fish: Home Savings getting eaten up by Great Western, who got eaten up by Seattle Based Washington Mutual (WAMU) who got eaten up the huge whale JP Morgan Chase. Eventually, there will prolly be 2 big banks.
I usually like going to the Terra Nova Branch, but after working years in the industry, I can easily tell incompetence behind the teller line and I fell the quality has fallen short at that location. The long hair gal at the Bonita location is always on point and tellers seem to be well trained. Since this location opened, I hope the service is just as good as the branch down the road. The manager here transferred from another location and I’m sure he is prolly glad he doesn’t have to deal with people who have over $ 400K in the checking account, but will come to the bank for the free coffee.
Love the drive thru. but miss the corn bread.
