This place is over priced first of all, bad customer service, and defected products. If ur buying a hookah hose I HIGHLY recommend checking it out for any holes. They claim they like to check their products before selling them but obviously they don’t. I bought a hose and it turned out to be broken, they didn’t give me a receipt to prove I bought it and when I went back to only exchange for another one the lady said no and that they always check their products before selling. I handed the hose to her since that was their defected product that they should have taken ownership for and that I wasted money on. I’ve come here about 3 times in the past and now I’ll make sure to spread the word to friends to not come here again.

My go to shop for a cigars. It’s not to far from the house. They carry a wide variety of good cigars plus the prices are reasonable. The females that work there are pretty knowledgable so if you’re unsure or wanna try something new they can point you in the right direction.

Over Priced Everything!!!
Don’t bother shopping here unless you are expecting to pay a 2x price inflation on common accessories. $ 7.00 for a can of power x5 is laughable! Bwahahaha!!! Get real, everything you guys sell can either be bought elsewhere for a fraction of your prices. Customers beware. You can find the same accessories in almost any other smoke shop for a lot less. These people are crooks.

I came here on a quick stop for vape juice, so I’m rating the business based on a vape shop aspect. Had a small amount of juice, when I asked to sample the worker replied that they only had a lil bit of samples didn’t even offer me to sample any flavors. 12.95 for a 15ml bottle. This shop is more for tobacco users.

This is a place I used to stop by from time to purchase a cigar or tobacco for our hookah. Their prices have always been on the high side but the last couple times that I stopped by to purchase a cigar I wasn’t able to smoke it. They over humidify their walk in humidor that if you do purchase a cigar you would have to let it sit in your humidor at home for a few days before its even smokeable. The staff there also lacks the knowledge to answer any questions you may have in regards to cigars. My advice is take a longer drive to a different cigar shop. A place where your questions can be answered by someone knowledgeable.

Decent selection of cigars.
Prices are on the high side of normal; even taking into account state taxes etc. they are still high.
For instance Drew Estate Undercrown Belicoso $ 14+. $ 19 for a LP#9. Outrageous to say the least.
These are at the most by a stick by stick basis $ 9 and $ 14.
I will miss my B&M in Rancho Cucamonga.

I visit this part of Chula Vista on the weekends, and I usually pick up a random cigar for a Saturday night whisky and smoke. The young woman who was working gave me an excellent pick of an excellent cigar based on my preferences of cigars I normally smoke, she delt with me and recommend a great cigar, A+ to the young woman working today.

I’ve been there a couple of times and the people always greet you and offer to help. They helped me find a cigar I was looking for. They give honest opinions and don’t try to upsell too much. Selection is decent but not great in terms of cigars. Prices are not great but not extremely high either. Internet prices are obviously better but the convenience is good and they gotta keep the lights on somehow, right? The only thing missing is a smoking lounge and a bar like some of the places up north (Kearny Mesa and Mira Mesa).

Decided to come in and buy some coals and tobacco for my hookah and i needed some incense. I was greeted by a girl with really pretty eyes i didn’t ask for her name. She was very helpful towards us and very sweet customer service skills. I ended up buying a three kings pack of coals for $ 3.99 the smaller coals are $ 2.99 i bought my «little blue box» incense too for $ 3.99. My tobacco was $ 12.99 i believe. Not bad prices pretty decent and they have lots of variety. I will enjoy coming back in when it’s time for refills or any other smoker needs!!!

If you are looking for cigarettes this shop has a good selection and prices.
If you are looking for anything else (cigars, hookah, e-​cigarette) there is much left to be desired. Staff lacks general knowledge of these products are unhelpful with their suggestions. Prices are terribly marked up even compared to other cigar shops. Along with the prices, there is no seating area and smoking is not allowed on-​site.
Tip: if you do decide to purchase a cigar here, allow at least a week of rest in your humidor as this shop keeps their humidity extremely high.

The girl helping me was super helpful. Knew her stuff. Definitely going back for cigars from this spot.

Come here once a week. They know exactly what I want and always look for the ones on sale first.

Nothing special about this place but nothing bad. Good location and convenient parking. Good selection. I don’t need help picking cigars so that was not an issue. I usually get my cigars on the internet but I ran out and needed a quick fix and this is one of the only true cigar humidors in the Southbay.

This place doesn’t specialize in Vape equipment so I can understand why their staff knows so little about vapes and the juice. (They clearly have a big lit up sign in the front that says VAPE on it) I do have to say though if you sell the product you should get staff that actually knows what’s up. This review isn’t about that though this review is about the customer service. I went in yesterday to get a bottle of juice and she gave me the wrong nicotine. I went in today to try to exchange it out since it was her mistake and she wouldn’t exchange it for me. Maybe your employees should spend less time worrying about food and the company they have in the back and more time paying attention to the customers and those mistakes wouldn’t happen. If you make a mistake as an employee you should fix it for the customer. I won’t come back to this place ever again. She didn’t even apologize and acted like it wasn’t her problem when it clearly was. I’d rather drive the extra miles and go to store that knows how to pick the right bottles for their customers. Because that clearly is her only job. You should really work on getting better employees that actually know what customer service is.

Dont know much about cigar smoking but staff was very helpful and made this trip easier! Everyone that came in seemed to have loved her as well.

As a cigar afficinado this store caters to all my immediate cigar needs. The multitude of different selections are a welcome to someone like me who likes to try different flavors and types of cigars. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to trying different flavors that I haven’t had before. The price is very reasonable when compared to other cigar stores around ie Cuban Cigar Factory. Yes, you can go online but why wait for cigars you would like to smoke now? Also they have a ton of accessories to accommodate the afficinado such as lighters, punches, humidors and much more. After trying other stores this place fits nicely into my description as a complete cigar store. I highly recommend it.

Huge selection. The prices are hit or miss sometimes for the cigars but not too bad overall. Accessories are a bit high though. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ask for Sirena, she’s super friendly and helpful.

Stopes by Saturday at 2:15. Found a note on the door saying «She» would be back in an hour because she needed food. 2pm on a Saturday is prime cigar smoking time. Thanks a lot.

I went here yesterday to get some liquid for my tank and saw the staff outside smoking and as soon as I walked in she threw her cigarette away and asked me if I needed any help that’s customer service because she probably had at least three quarters of a cigarette still lit. The only reason why this place to get 5 stars was because of the price of the liquid. However the girl was really cute will be going here again.

Just here the other day, for some atomizers an cigars, the shop has a huge selection of vapes, mods, e-​juice, cigars hookah etc, love this spot I’ll come back more often since it’s located next to my pad haha the girl was really friendly an helpful forgot to ask her name but know it’s her when you the hot Asian girl wink wink!
