Unethical business.
What a joke. This outfit sold a Groupon, which looked like a nice deal. We called for an appointment, and had to wait 6 weeks to be seen.
The Appointment turned out to be on a national holiday, so the Friday before we get a call to reschedule. Another 4 week delay.
So far, a 10 week delay to redeem a Groupon. Not exactly making points for establishing a long term patient relationship.
A day before the appointment we get a call to say the appointment will cost significantly more than the Groupon deal.
We reviewed the Groupon deal. No provision allowed them to jack up the price. None.
So, basically we have a case of what is in my opinion Unethical Behavior and false advertising.
If they act like this, can they be trusted for anything else?
There are too many qualified and ethical offices out there. If you are looking for a dentist.. .. Keep lookin!
