Very bad customer service from the branch manager Patricia Campos. I have decided to close my account due to being treated so badly and disrespected by Patricia, who goes by «Patty». If you bank here I would recommend not going to this branch as it’s obvious customer service is a last priority.

This isint my bank but i come in n here every month to deposit my rent into my landlords account. its so cute in here! Been here like 3 times now && always fast friendly and efficient service. Makes me wanna open an account here too!!!

I have been banking here for over 6 years and love this branch! Everyone is always very friendly and customer service oriented. Very low fees and the best rates around on car loans. Lines are short and move quickly most of the time. They actually try to save you money when they can which shows they care and appreciate our business.

This review is for the bank overall if I could give zero stars I would. They are greedy as hell constantly putting my charges on the back burner and before I know it they process all to create constant fees. Its ridiculous and am closing the account. They were a great bank until they started growing and letting it get to their head. Enough is enough!!!

Went into the Credit Union lookin to break a fifty,
was greeted by a babe, feeling kinda nifty,
Got to the window with my humble request,
Didnt know my patience would be put to the test
Only if you’re a CUSTOMER! the pretty lady said,
Now I gots no change, and the meters running red!
Sorry! she chuckled– I didnt find it funny,
If only they cared more about people than they do about making money :(

I switched from another «large» bank to Cal Coast about a year ago. This branch ROCKS as much as a bank can. I have not had a bad experience, everyone greets me, and I just feel good there. Today I met with the manager Patti. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. Super helpful! Like she actually cared about me. I NEVER got that from my other bank. I am now sold on credit unions, and I just love this branch.

I have banked for years with the credit unions that California Coast Credit Union took over, and I usually go to the branch on Sweetwater, but I’ll stop in here if I need a quick errand before going in to work. The place is very clean and I have never had to wait very long — there are always plenty of tellers. They attend to me right away and are always in a good mood. If you are looking for a new place to bank I highly recommend this credit union!

I’ve been banking with California Coast Credit Union for a few years. I usually go to the one in University Heights or Hillcrest, but I went here today because I was in the area. I was withdrawing $ 50 to put in my brother’s birthday card. I asked for a crisp bill, but the teller only had a choice of 3 wrinkly ones. I asked if she had any others, but she said no because the machine dispenses them. Are you kidding me? This is a freaking bank. You’re telling me that you cannot find one crisp $ 50 bill. Ugh, so annoying. Other than that, I’ve had no major problems :)
