Build-A-Bear Workshop

The employees that work here are always friendly and willing to help. I got myself a Chewbacca and I was disappointed that they didn’t have his Bow caster, the girls that worked there went to the back and found me a bow caster.

Took two 4 year olds and a 2 year old there today. They had a blast! They each got a stuffed animal with a beating heart and smelly insert, a dress, shoes and skates and a leash, it costed $ 269.92. The girls working there were nice and helpful. There weren’t too many other kids there. If we were to go get another one we would opt out of getting the smelly insert especially because the kids want to sleep with the stuffed animal but say the smell is too strong.

Took my kid here for here birthday and it was our first time making, or should I say building a bear. The experience was amazing and worth it. My child had an exhilarating time and loved every second and item. We will definitely be going back and I am definitely going to be making my own next time.

My daughter recently had a party here, where she and her friends had a great time, and left with souvenirs that they’ll always remember. I am only writing this review because of the lack of policy clarification that was made. My understanding of the party was that it would be $ 30/​child, so if they purchased at $ 23 bear and a $ 10 outfit, I would pay the balance of $ 3 overage. Instead, I was told that I would have to purchase the outfit separately (and if you’ve shopped here before, you know the outfits and accessories can get pretty pricey). This policy allows for $ 7 profit for build a bear, and $ 7 extra that I was not planning on spending. This should be explained much better to alleviate any confusion. I also think that the host should’ve explained the «budget» better, because a group of eight year olds don’t completely comprehend the concept. I was lucky the parents stuck around and purchased the extra outfits for their children, but I think there should be a way for them to charge the consumer what was originally quoted when booking the party. We also did not receive our snack packs, so after calling the store the next day, I was told I could come pick it up at my convenience.

The employees are so friendly, My daughter has an awesome experience. !
